Wednesday!
Seems like everyone, well, almost everyone is having strange weather. We had high winds yesterday and last night. today it is cold and windy.
Julia hope you get your implant. I did that a few years ago. It took nearly a year. I have narrow jaw bones and it took awhile to build up a width wide enough to support the implants. I have two. Enjoy you great weather.
Carla hope the scope went well and also that Vinnie stays well.
Vickie still enjoying the little one I see. Your Easter table will be so cute. This is definitely the time of year in Texas to get landscapers out. I have one in my yard as I type. He has been here since 9:00 this morning working on drainage. Once that is done it will be time to do the front bed. Then a little later I have to tackle the back yard an patio. I have lived here 10 years and everything is just out of control.
Connie hope you get your meds figured out soon
Eileen hope you and your mother could hear each other and you had a logical conversation. Elderly parents go through so much.
Oh shoot! my brain just died. I sure wish I could see everyone's post when replying so I could refresh my memory and not feel so stupid. Even if I can't remember who else posted I still think of all of you.
Well my timer just went off which means my rice should be done. Better go check it.
Update: My landscaper called! I'm finally on the "list" and they're coming on Mar 21st. Later than I would like, but still while I am home, so hurray! My yard will be pretty for Easter! When I get home I'll have to get out my planning notebook and review which trees and shrubs I want to plant. I want the guys to put in the small specimen trees and things I want while they're there. Maybe I'll be able to get all my shrubs and trees put in. Then I can plant my annual flowers on my own.
I've got a pan of green chili cornbread in the oven and it smells SO GOOD! I feel like I could eat the whole pan! LOL!
I need to go tend my dinner. We're having candied yams, collard greens, black eyed peas and, of course, cornbread. Yum, yum.
Love you all!
