New Year's Plans
Ladies,
I know we don't like making all those New Year's Resolutions, but I am going to open a thread on New Year's Eve that will be for any of you who want to post your plans for the upcoming year. I am going to organize my plan into health, personal, professional, and maybe economical? I'm not sure but I am going to list those things that I need to work on and give my plans for working on those things. I'm sure all of us will list things such as eating better and moving more but maybe we can put under those things a few of our plans. For instance, eating better is general but eating more green vegetables. Drinking more water, cutting out caffeine, etc. are ways to break that down.
Anyway, tomorrow, think about if you want to join in on the thread for our 2016 plan and how detailed you want to get...anyway you want to organize or write you plan/plans is fine.
I look forward to reading everyone's plans. Also, we might hold ourselves accountable for our plans by giving monthly updates; of course, we will all be on our honor code to be truthful but we should give progress reports. If I fail to follow my plan, at the end of the month, I will say, I really sucked at eating vegetables but I am recommitting.
Do you guys think this is something you might want to participate in?
Okay...start thinking and planning.
If any of you want any information that I may have or that others may have...or if you want recipes for healthier cooking, maybe we can keep an ongoing journal of healthier ways to approach cooking, increasing our water, excessing, handling stress....you know those things that make a difference. All of us can use the handling stress better so I am going to do some research tomorrow morning and get some good YOGA tips and some other ways to approach getting those stress hormones under control.
I am really excited and know that some of you will enjoy the accountability as well as the planning while others may just want to read and get some ideas.
By the way, I have been doing research on the "walking on eggshell syndrome" many of us face with our children, parents, friends, etc. and cannot wait to share.
Love you all,
jeannie
I'm in, especially now that I have the Fitbit for my fitness goals.
