I am starting to get turkey neck, and I think it is because I have gained weight. I swear by Yoga...especially for my neck and upper arms but I sag everywhere and one of these days, I am going to get courage up to have the plastics. I have always done Yoga and even when I quit running and doing all the dancing, I continued doing Yoga for my neck, shoulders, and upper arms. My upper arms, in the back, are awful...they sag and that is one of the reasons I don't wear short sleeve shirts. But, we all have lost a lot of weight really quickly so we are all gonna sag... even with all the sagging, I'd do the surgery again in a minute. Do a little neck yoga....I think you'll see some of the turkey neck tighten up. I can look for the instructions for the ones I do and post them if you want.
