Happy surgiversary. I remember when you had your surgery and we walked up and down the halls of Blodgett together. Yeah, I wish I could get rid of about 70 pounds but at least I haven't gained anymore.

Hello Judy...good to see you today.

HAPPY 9th SURGIVERSARY!!!!!

I want to lose another 25-30 pounds. I lost 26 and am now just not with it anymore.

That prime rib sounds yummy...another thing I miss not eating red meat. Oh well!!!! I am glad you enjoyed the meal...two meals!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to RICK!!! How old is he now? My daughters tease me because we are all 39 years old!!! LOL!!

I am sure you are right about the little princess....money and gifts!!! I didn't know Rick's brother was gay. I am sure Rick doesn't like to be teased that way....Rick is a redneck..LOL!!

Have a good day and evening!!

Love you much...hugs....connie d

Hi Judy....OMG....not this again. Why does that idiot always drink and do things he isn't supposed to do. If it was a DUI he will probably have jail time this round!!

I sure hope Rick doesn't give her money....they need to learn how to take care of their own crap!! They are supposedly adults!! You would think she would just let him sit there. She could use the break!! Sorry you have them to deal with!!

I knew you would agree that Rick is a redneck!! Nothing wrong with that!! Some are and some aren't it is a matter of choice.

Have a good night...don't let the crazy inlays get to you!!

More love and hugs.....connie d

Happy Surgiversary Judy,

Looks like we had our surgeries six weeks apart, coz I'm nine years out in August. I also wish I was in the early post-op stage.

Enjoy Bingo.

Hugs,

Trish

Hi Kathy and my OFF family:

Glad you are doing well. My only other problem postop when I got home was diarrhea. Stupid nurse at my doc's office told me to take Immodium, even though the doctor told me never to take Immodium ever again. I started using Benefiber in my protein drinks to bulk up (because fiber doesn't really make you go more but gives bulk to your poops ... does that make sense?) Anyway the diarrhea abated, then I had GERD even though I was told I'd never have that again. Oh well ...

Busy Friday night at work, plus I was having an IBS flare ... not fun, won't get into the details but I was in pain during the hectic part of work. Came home and had some peppermint tea and that seemed to help.

Carla, hope you're recovering well. Take it easy.

Vickie, hope the garage sale is going well.

Connie, hope your pain is not too bad today.

Hope everyone else is doing well. I need to get to work. Have a good day.

Oof, I remember the diarrhea after my WLS last year. I honestly wore an adult diaper for a couple of days in case I did not make it to the bathroom. LOL. Memories. Feel better. Take care.

Hello Eileen....sorry about you IBS flare up. I have that too but not very often. It is just another little gift of Fibromyalgia!! I am glad the peppermint tea helped you feel better.

I am glad your Friday night is over. I know how they wear you out even more then other nights.

I am doing okay....pain comes and goes. Today so far is a better day. Last night was rough. On it goes...you know all about it.

Much love and oodles of hugs to you....connie d

Take good care of yourself. You might find you tire easily so if you do, rest. You will have all your firsts. The liquid stage of eating, the soft mushy food and then on to solid foods. I wish you the best. Make the best of the honeymoon period, that is when the most weight loss will occur. I wish you the best and hope you feel better soon. And no matter what, please don't try to eat sugar or junk food. I am a year out and haven't eaten sugar much. Just a piece of cake on birthdays. The one thing I am sad about is that very strong restriction doesn't last forever. You will not be able to eat like before. Best of luck and take care of yourself. Welcome to the losers bench.
