Hello Vickie....I am going to try this one more time. I lost the first two...the last one only showed a couple sentences so I deleted it.

Anyway.....I cried looking at the pictures you sent. What a sweet little girl. I save them and was comparing the first one to this one. She sure has changed a lot. I loved that they could capture her little face!!

Carrie is so happy and excited. I am happy for you all!!! She looks so pretty in her pink shirt eating her pink cake!! She is smiling so big!! "On Cloud Nine"!!!

So the name has yet to be decided. I am sure it will be sweet no matter what she choses.

You enjoy the evening. I am doing nothing but checking in on the computer and watching movies!!

I love you and all your precious family!!!

Loads of more love and hugs to all....connie d

Vickie, thank you for posting pics of Pita and Carrie. Pita is so sweet. When is she due in February? Hubby and I are February "babies".

Glad you are home again and getting ready to do some more things on your to-do list. I always feel better when I can cross things off my list. My list is in my head. Hubby has me make a list for him on paper so he can have the satisfaction of taking a pen to it and crossing off the things he has accomplished.

Enjoy your crocheting and old movies today. You definitely deserve a break!

Good Afternoon Cindy and OFF,

I came home from watching Frankie so sick. I totally feel like crap. I had called my primary doc yesterday, to see if I could get in to see him today, but all the docs were booked today. Then, when I woke up this morning, my dentist called to say my temporary partial is ready. Yippee. With three huge gaps in my smile, I couldn't wait to get that. I love my dentist. He made sure it fit comfortably, and then I went to the urgent care down the street from his office. My doctor is with a group of docs associated with the hospital in Lansing, so I go to the urgent care that is also associated with that hospital. That way, all my records are in their computer, so my primary doc is kept up to date with my care.

Colleen and all her in-laws are going camping this weekend. Yes, it's cold here at night. They have heaters. The campground we went to in August does a Halloween weekend this weekend, so the kids get the chance to get dressed up in their costumes, and go Trick-or-Treating from campsite to campsite.

This is who greeted me when I got to Colleen's yesterday.

Then, we went to the garden center and got two, huge perennial mums. I dropped them off at my door, and he played in my birch tree.

He is showing his Ninja Turtle face.

Not sure if I shared this next pic. It's my son Chris, and his gorgeous wife Casey.

Please pray I shake this totally lousy feeling tonight. I'm supposed to go to Grand Rapids tomorrow, to a statewide gathering of volunteers for the Relay for Life. Then, on Sunday, both the kids have games.

Love and prayers,

Trish

Enjoy Grand Rapids ... ArtPrize is going on, so if you have time go see some of the art around town. It's really neat.

Trish, I am so sorry you feel crummy today. I hope that you feel better by tonight so you can make the statewide gathering of volunteers for Relay For Life and your grandchildren's games on Sunday.

Thank you for posting pics. Frankie is a doll -- very handsome. Your son Chris and his wife Casey are no slouches either!!

I ended up calling adult protective on two tenants...I just can't deal with them anymore!!!! One called the police last night telling them WE-Terminix damaged her door when spraying for fleas!!! OMG!!!!! We-Terminix were NOT even there until TODAY!!!!!!!! AND Terminix ran out of flea bombs so he couldn't do HERS until Monday afternoon now!!!!!! And then just before Terminix shows up today she calls the Squad again faking something wrong AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And her sister also has fleas and will not let Terminix in to kill the fleas!!!!!! The list goes on and on....my boss sent two letters for me to give them...they have til end of November to get out!!!!!!!!! There is a GOD!!!!!!!!!!! Then my tenant that keeps letting her "friend" in that we have a trespass on gave her notice to move. YIPPPPEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT.......her RECERT is due on November 1st...she says she is staying til END of November...which means her rent goes to market price. I called her and tried to tell her this and omg the language she used at me!!!!!!!!!!! Then she hung up on me!!!!! I am betting my bottom dollar she destroys that apartment now!!!!!!! I swear.....I have had ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!

I could go on but you get my drift I am sure!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Judy....I am so happy you left work early today...what a crazy place!! You should not have to be kind to these people. I will be glad when they are gone!!!!! As for the other woman I hope she gets pissed and leaves earlier!!

That place is just a huge mess!! PLEASE start looking in other areas for new jobs. You don't need to tolerate that kind of treatment...not ever!! I worry for your safety!!

Wooooohoooo BINGO again!!! I hope you have a great time!!

I love you....HUGS....connie d

Good afternoon Cindy P and OFF- landed for the night but room isn't ready yet so I've off loaded what I can and Sylvester and I are sitting in the car waiting. Free night at pet friendly red roof inn so can't complain.

we had eight inches of rain the other day. Every river and stream I passed today. Was out of its banks. It just started raining when I arrived at motel.

tomorrow I'll see my pcp and say goodbye. I've been with him for over twenty years going to miss him. His daughter dated my younger nephews best friend. Once I'm done with him I'll get on the road and hopefully get to dingmans ferry, pa right on the delaware river. Then. I'll hop on I81 and head into western Virginia. Should miss most of the heavy rain. Want to get to my Mom's by Monday night. She has appointment with urologist on Tuesday and I'd like to hear what they have to say.

closing cabins this morning wasn't too emotional. I've had all summer to get ready for it. They're as clean as they will get by me. If realtor wants them cleaner he can hire a cleaning person.

Trish hope you're feeling better quickly. Cindy p hope your appointment was a success. Julia I can imagine what the sounds are like with the new roofs. Vickie I love the picture of Pita. Mary don't know what to tell you about puppy. Reward the good behavior and crate it when she's bad? I defer to Judy. Judy glad you called adult services. I remember during the Iraq war where they would ask that we send dog flea collars to the troops because of the sand fleas. Every time I have an itch now I think about your tenants. Really sad.

carla hope the meeting with your surgeon went well. Hugs and thoughts going out to everyone as I've come to crs. Oh Connie enjoy the weather while it lasts.
