Hello Mary....I am so sorry you are so deeply depressed. I fully understand why. I wish I could help you some way! You do what you need to do to keep your self safe and happy. Just promise you won't take more meds then prescribed.

So many of us are having bad sleep nights. I was having RLS some this last weekend.I hope yours isn't every night. I found out if I take a walk just before bed it helps me relax and sleep better. I will only be walking the halls in the buildings here. No outside walks at night. You can get a RX for RLS. One of my daughters has a bad time with RLS. Now she takes an RX and is never bothered anymore. She only has to take it when she notices her legs getting jumpy. It works pretty fast.

I wish you would reach out to me or someone when you are down like that. It is better to reach me in a PM on Facebook. That goes to my phone if I am not on Facebook. What kind of texting options do you have? Are you clear to use it as much as you want or are you limited? I text quite of few people but I have unlimited.

I am so happy you will have Taylor this weekend. I know how you love spending time with her. She is good for you and you sure are good for her!!!

I agree for now you need your anti-depressant upped or a new kind that is stronger. You are grieving and need that right now. I am glad you will be seeing your doctor's nurse Wednesday!

I always used to buy all my calcium, vitamins and protein bars from Bariatric Advantage. I have also heard of the one you mentioned. I finally just couldn't afford it anymore. I am sure you will love the protein.

Hi Cindy and my OFF family:

Read all the posts while I was here at work. Been a hectic day. Gary got his furniture and his belongings, but he's not happy with the movers. Some of his stuff came in damaged. I probably wouldn't have noticed it but he's very meticulous and notices every little nick and ding. He had bedroom furniture custom made by this company so it would fit in his room when he moved back to mom's house. So it's expensive stuff and when the movers couldn't reattach the headboard, he was not happy. So he will have to find someone to repair this ... company does not have an outlet here in SW Indiana. Otherwise, he's happy to have a recliner and a bed and clothes.

Plus, yesterday he cut himself on a souvenir Alaskan Ulu knife that I had ... I had it wrapped in a towel, but it got out somehow and the cut was deep. He wound up going to urgent care to have it glued. He was anxious about the movers coming and in pain from the cut and didn't sleep well. And he just can't let things sit for a day or two ... got to do it right now. I mean, I'm still unpacking. He'll be unpacked by this weekend, I'm sure.

So after the movers left and Gary got done fiddling around, we went out to lunch ... had a nice lunch at O'Charley's before I had to go to work and sit through an hourlong benefits meeting. All new stuff this year because it's our first full year as Journal Media Group. Lots of changes and new choices. I think some of it's good ... some of the deductibles are lower, and I may opt for those because I go to the doctors a lot. Plus, the drug copays are less, which will be good for me.

So I'm finishing up my workweek and looking forward to two days off. Gary and I will go check out the famous West Side Nut Club Fall Festival (lots of food booths, many with deep-fried items ... deep-fried lemonade, for example). It's a tradition in Evansville. I've never been ... got to find good parking. Lots of walking.

Vickie, I think people would buy your bears.

Anyway, I've got a few things to finish up here. Don't remember much else. Sleepy ... yawn! Plus, my knees hurt a lot today. Have a good night.

Hello Eileen...I am sorry some of Gary's things are damaged. If it was me I would send in a claim anyway. If they say no then he can decided how much further he wants to take it. Be sure he takes pictures of the damage. I am the same way...I notice little marks too. I am always having my cleaning fairy touching thing up!!! I would be furious if things are wrong with expensive custom made furniture!! I wish him good luck! I swear you are talking about me...I can't leave things sit and always have things done right away.

I was going to ask you how his finger was healing. I am glad he went in and had it glued and cleaned out well. Sorry it kept him up most of the night.

I am glad I no longer have to sit through the boring meetings. Sad thing as so many of the times it was me presenting the meetings. They were still boring!!

I think you two will have a great time at the Festival. It is good just to be outside sometimes. I like that you and your brother like so many of the same things. You can do so many more things together then. Have Gary drop you off at the entrance and then he can park the car. You don't want your knees hurting before you even get started!!
