As for me.... I am doing okay today. Really two days in a row!! I am afraid to speak of it!! I don't want to jinx myself...oh well...too late now!
I see my new psychologist/therapist today. My driver will be here between 2:00 and 2:15. I am hoping all goes well. I do know who she is and that will make it a bit easier. I need to find that click that will tell me it will work. I have a quite interesting and complicated mental illness. She does work with others with similar issues of trauma and abuse. I guess I will have to wait and see!!
It is gorgeous weather here again. Temps in the 60s and low humidity. I wish I could live in this all year long! I can feel the the wonderful change in my body!

A quick answer to your question about the protein bars I eat. Today is the first day in a long time I did not eat them. They are 205 calories each and 10 grams of carbs and 13 grams of protein. Don't even start eating them because they are addictive. They are made with stevia. They are Power Crunch Chocolate Mint Protein/Energy Bars. They are beyond delicious.
Good Morning! The sun is shining and it's glorious outside today.
Last night was a lousy sleep night for me. I had the RLS thing. Anyway, after it finally wore off, I did go to bed and slept a while before the alarm went off this morning.
Hubby has a dental appointment this afternoon and while he's there I'm going to run a couple of errands. I'm making lists of the things we have to do before our travel this coming week. If I write it all down, it's easier for me to relax about it -- but I find my mind is busy going over everything.

I know you have a lot of ends to tie up before next week. Yes , write everything down. That is the only way I can do it!
I have lists!! When things are accomplished it feels good to check them off!! Once I write things down then I don't worry about them anymore. I know I don't need to keep it all in my head! Although there is plenty of open space in there!!
So sorry you had RLS again. I did on the weekend and was walking the halls at all hours of the night. Sleep is straightening out for me now. I hope it lasts!! I hope that tonight is a better night for you!

Afternoon OFF family...NOT a good one either...I am so MAD!!!!!!!! This TWICE this week that someone said they WERE coming to see apartments and never CAME!!!!! Why make an appointment if you are not going to show up??????? And if you can't make it...CALL!!!!!!!! WHY MAKE ME SIT AND WAIT??????????????????
Had one good thing happen today...got a reply back from a snowplow guy!!!!!!! He is SUPPOSED to come by tomorrow and give me a bid to do us!!! NOW IF HE SHOWS UP....
OK...don't say I did not warn you all...Rick is now on FB!!!!!!!!! LMAO He IS a REDNECK!!!!! So BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
