Afternoon OFF family...Well we had an interesting "visit" shall we say with Rick's family. Before we even went there we were told Aunt Peggy was buying our dinner...well when it came time to pay...everyone got their own bills handed to them and Peggy was nowhere to be seen!!!!!! WTH?! Boy was I mad!!!! If I would have know "WE" were paying for our meals I would NOT have gone to that particular place to eat!!!! I would have chosen a place much cheaper!!!! And then Mom said she was baking him a cake to celebrate his birthday while we were there...oh ok...we get back to motel for that...oh I forget to bring the plates and some forks...
so off to the dam store we go to buy some!!!!!!! Again...I was pissed!!!!! Mom is covered in poison ivy also...yeah!!!! We wouldn't let her in our truck either!!! She got mad...called Rick a few names....oh well!!!! We didn't want to get it!!! I just sat and glared at them all... Oh...did the little princess come to see us?? NOPE.
So today we leave to come home...get 3/4's of the way home and ran into an accident...road blocked off...had to take exit off highway to get around it....found out there was an accident already there then a semi hit the ambulance went off the road caught on fire then the gas tank exploded....he died in the truck...they couldn't get to him because of the heat...then a little bit after that a 3rd accident happened same area!!!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!!!!! I am so glad we stopped to rest at the rest stop!!! Could have been us!!!!!!
But anyhow we are home and the motel was NOT a quiet one!!!!! Sounded like a heard of elephants walking above us and the doors slamming loudly!!!!!!! Not much sleep at all!!!!!!
So anyhow heard from Connie and also Maryann about a certain person that had a Request for money to HELP her on FB is using that money for buying WINE and not for what she really needed it for!!!I think most of you KNOW WHO SHE IS. Connie said she is going to post about it tomorrow I believe. Sorry Connie if I stepped out of bounds here...but this woman gets on my last nerve and needs to be talked about and soon!!!! Please!!!!!!
OK off to play my games on FB then wait to lock up and then watch my Fear the Walking Dead and then BED!!!!!!!!!

I have a neighbor who is trying to raise money for cancer associated bills. I went to the GoFundMe site and couldn't find her so I typed in our zip. Lo and behold I came across one of my former heroin clients requesting help for furniture. He looked as out of it in the pic he posted of himself as he did when I last saw him...when he was actively using!
Ugh!
I really hate crap like that! People taking advantage of the goodness of others!

Kathy no she wasn't asking for money for wine...lol she needed money to help pay to move to help pay for this and that and ends up drinking it up!!!!!!!! She is a pity party ALL the time and taking advantage of people feeling sorry for her!!! SHAME ON HER!!!!!! I caught on to her a couple months ago and she took me off her friends list... now others have caught her also and ended it with her also...
Hello Judy...I am mad too!!!! Someone who begs for money and then talks about how she had been drinking so much all the time. Then worrying she might not have enough to pay for everything. She didn't quite get to goal. I almost sent more money. That just didn't set well with me!! If you have money for booze you can pay your own way!!
When you are asking for help don't be asking if you have enough money to drink on!! My budget is tight and I gave anyway and so did my daughter and some of you here. I was used and I don't like it. I tried to keep this to myself. I just had to talk to someone.
I thought it was odd that her family didn't step in and help. Now I know why they don't help. I had wool pulled over my eyes and that won't happen again!!!

Good Evening. I haven't been on OFF all day. We had a lazy morning and then went for a little ride to this lookout spot called Jump Off Joes. We sat in the car sipping coffee and watching the water. Hubby took our dog for a brief walk there which he loved (the dog). It was pretty breezy so we came home. I haven't done much of anything productive today except microwave vegetables.
I read all the posts but can only remember a few details (CRS).
