Another Sleepless Night
Hello Cindi...they explained how we walk and stand and sit and how movements can cause balance issues. Especially because so many of us have walkers. They showed how to do it so we have less falls. Really nothing we didn't know but good reminders anyway.
Has to do with our ears too. We need to do some exercises before we get up in the morning. We need to get up slowly out of chairs. any fast movements can cause balance to be off.
