I think it's Tuesday
Good Evening Ladies.....
Did a lot of cleaning today, which makes me very happy, although I was annoyed myself for letting things get so bad.
Last night I spent about an hour gathering all my medicines together, and setting up a weekly pillbox. And I actually took my morning meds today, and have the evening ones right on the table by side to take when I make a cup of tea.
I also called my health insurance and some dental offices....it's going to cost less than I thought to have the two teeth extracted; first, of course, I have to go for an exam and x-rays. So I am very proud of myself!
Cindi...I'm glad you found your wallet -- saves you big problems. I just carry a wallet in my pocket because when I carry a pocketboo****ep getting it tangled up with my cane. Tomorrow, they are delivering a walker for me - I need it for balance and stamina. I had wanted to get one before surgery, but the bariatric size walker weighed a ton - I wasn't able to pick it up and put it in the car...
Vickie - I'm glad you made it through your Gyn appointment today. I think I joined this great group after your surgery - never realized what you had gone through. You and Butch were so lucky to have each other during the difficult times.
Trish, I would wring Christopher's neck -- how can you not worry?? It sounds, though, that he is handling his "issue" and hopefully it will resolve.
Cindy, Sorry your hubby's migraine resolves - Jim used to get them and would be miserable all day long. Hope you take care of the house maintenance things. There's always something to be done.
Jeannie, I'm sorry you're having problems with your meds. Shingles are miserable, I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy.
Julia-Hope your appointment with the surgeon went well, and you got all your questions answered. I have to write lists, otherwise, I'd forget half the questions.
Connie - glad to see you were up and about, and now were going to relax. I saw Nic's picture on FB - he looks very well.
Hope everyone has a good evening and sleeps well. I've started taking a Xanax before bed, and it gets me through the night. I had tried half a tablet, but it didn't do the job. So as long as I don't have to get up early for an appointment, I take the whole pill....it's a small dose to begin with. I did get some honey the other day......maybe I should try Judy's suggestion of taking it before bed??
