Happy Tuesday Middle Of The Night!
Vickie-
We were posting at the same time. I'm glad the doctor gave you something else to try.
You did the right thing with the frig. Let them figure out how to get it into the house. Trailer tie down is important. The FWS makes me take a class each year on securing loads on trailers.
Wanted you to know that you inspired me to think about making new cushion covers for my porch furniture. I'm going to look at fabric tomorrow but will not start sewing until I get to Texas.
Hang in there girlfriend and I hope you get sleep tonight.

Hello Vickie...I am glad you got that refrigerator over to Christie's. Thank God that is done!!!!
I am so glad your doctor took the extra time with you that you needed. I take Trazadone for sleep. I have been on it a long time. Sometimes I need to up the dose, with my doctors approval that is. I have never been on Trazadol. I am praying that you will have a good night sleep!!! You deserve it!!
I hope somehow you can enjoy yourself for a couple days. It seems like you always have something going on that messes up your plans.
I wasn't here much as usual today either. I have somethings on my mind. Trying to sort everything out. I may not even be posting tomorrow. I need some time or something. At least right now I do. Maybe tomorrow will be an easier day.I wish I had a car because I would love to go someplace beautiful and calming all by myself.
I love you my sweet friend...prayers and hugs...connie d
Good Evening Cindy P and OFF-
Cindy P if you normally slept without issues in the past then this insomnia is definately something to talk to your doctor about. I have had periodic insomnia. When I get into those phases I take Tylenol PM and usually works. At one point I had a script for Ambien too but didn't like how I felt in the morning so stopped taking that. Have used Xanex(sp) too but it always gave me a hangover feeling and a killer headache so don't take that. My worst insomnia was after my hysterectomy. My shrink finally said it was due to all the anesthesia drugs they used for my surgery.
Mary - I will keep you in my thoughts as well as Jim. I am glad at least that he's in the hospital and you are not having to deal with bloody stools, etc... I was pleased to read that he will go to rehab when he improves as I don't think you should have to care for him alone, it's too much with a non compliant person.
Kathy- I can relate to rant of yesterday. I made a comment about the Confederate flag on FB and had my hat handed to me. More and more I am not liking FB. I do not like the racist stuff that is showing up, I do not like the anti-muslim stuff and it's getting harder for me to read some of the posts. I have started editing some of my feeds by clicking on the upper right of the post and saying not as many feeds like the offending one. I am learning to keep my opinions to myself. It's certainly and eye opener somedays. I would just bite your lip about Jazzes friends coming over. It's poor parenting on the part of the other parents and the girls are getting good parenting from you.
Eileen sorry you're having pain after the epidural. Glad you called the doc about the pain and hope it resolves with ice. I can imagine how frustrating it is to have computer issues when you're working under a deadline for page layout.
I returned from visiting my cousin tonight. It was a long drive almost 8 hours. My butt was numb. Pretty drive though. The swamp maples are already redding up. You could see the beginning of the color change in the NH and VT mountains. I actually passed two pickup trucks that already had the snow plows attached. I'm hoping it was just an attachment special for snow plows and not a portend of things to come.
I love my cousin dearly, she has been through a lot in the last 12 years but I have trouble visiting her. She is a hoarder and will not throw anything out. This visit I slept in a room that has not been cleaned since her daughter got married 7 years ago. There was no place to put my stuff on any surface in the room. My cousin is also a master quilter. She teaches quilting classes and does quilt restoration on antique quilts. There are sewing machines and fabric throughout the house in every room. I am not exagerating. Last year a pipe burst in her basement filling the house with steam while she was out of town. The house become infested with toxic mold and it had to be gutted back to the studs on the first floor and basement. I had thought that maybe that would have caused her to get rid of some things. Well yes the stuff in the basement went to the dumpster but all the other stuff was put in a POD and now is stuffed back in the house. It's very frustrating for me. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a neat fiend but there isn't a room in that house that isn't wall to wall furniture, fabric, quilts and junk. Receipts for stuff she no longer owns etc... I stayed as long as she wanted but I had a hard time. She's fighting with the mortgage company to get them to release the last of the insurance money to her. But not in the way that I would fight. I would make that my top priority, she only calls them on MOndays. So the check was issued in May but is still with the mortgage company because she hasn't sent them all the paperwork they require to release the money. At times I think she likes being the martyr or victim. I'm just different I guess but it's really frustrating to see someone you love not fighting for themselves and living in major clutter. She can't take care of this house any longer but won't move.
So that's my rant for the visit. I'm back home now and can focus on completing the packing and preparing for the move. Tomorrow I'm going to get a hair cut and perm.
I know I've left some of you out. I'm going to try the double log in technique so I don't miss someone. Thoughts going out to all of you.

Hello Cindi....WELCOME HOME!!!!
I know all about hoarders...my ex best friend was and is a horrible hoarder!! It literally made me sick being in her apartment. I had to stay there for 9 months...another long story....I couldn't get in any room without tripping over things or knocking things down!! I slept in a recliner in the living room. She hadn't been able to use her bedroom is so long!! She also dumpster dives and just keeps bringing more and more in. Dirty things..YUCK!! Her bathroom is piled all the way around the stool. My knees touched junk when I was on the stool! There were only little paths to go anywhere!! The smell was the worst. I swore I was going to die there!! He car was exactly the same way. So disgusting!!! I am sure there is plenty of mold in all those piles of crap in her place too!!
I hope your cousin gets her paperwork together and can then get her money. That would be top priority for me too.
I am just the opposite. I am so organized I can tell anyone where anything is without having to think about it much!!
I hope you like your perm and haircut!! I am finally getting mine done next week. I had to cancel this week because I was so sick. I will not cancel again!!
Have a restful night...love and hugs to you....connie d
