Good Morning
Good evening Cindy P and OFF-
Cindy sorry about not being able to sleep. Love the deck and the view. I have only visited Oregon once on business. Oregon and Washington are on my bucket list to visit. So who knows, I might knock on your door someday.
Trish glad you and the Munchkins had fun again.
Vickie happy to hear that you might have slept a bit more last night. Love the porch cushions. I have a wicker chaise lounge that has a cushion that needs new cover. I'm inspired to recover it myself once I get to Texas. Will go to local surplus/salvage place to look at fabric. It's called Mardens and I spend a lot of money on fabric at Mardens. I can usually get quality quilting fabric at half or quarter the price at Joanns or a quilt shop.
Connie glad you are feeling better today and what a wonderful gift to receive your color pencils. I've been getting facebook ads for adult coloring books. I enjoy coloring but I have to throttle back on starting any more new things.
And now I have CRS and can't remember who else posted and there weren't that many posts. Oh yeah, Judy, I like Connie's idea of having prospective tenants pay for background check. I think it would help screen out a lot of people and save your bosses money.
Kind of a lazy day today. Got up and gave myself a manicure using my Jamberry wraps. Then I went to neighbors house and played Mah Jong with the ladies as a sub. I'm not playing regularly because of neighbor friction but I have filled in a couple of times.
Tomorrow I have to go for my annual WLS blood work. Then I need to come home a mow the lawn. It's getting away from me so gotta nip it in the bud.
Should be a busy weekend on the lake. Last hurrah for many of the camp owners who come up Labor Day to shut down. Fishing season ends on October 1 for this lake and then it will get positively dead. I'll be gone by then as the movers come on the 28th.
Hugs and virtual positive thoughts to all of you who didn't post today. Hope all is well and you're just busy.

Just a quick note about my day....I went to the dentist to get my new crown installed...it wore me out but it is done! Then I went to buy some protein shakes at GNC...I'm in new territory again with having to shove 80-90 grams of protein into my poor new innards. I am trying to use the Fitness Pal ap on my iPad to keep track of protein and calories, etc. it is the strangest thing to be doing post RNY duties when I didn't want to even be here again. I was happy for the most part with the almost 100 pounds that I lost in 2008. I guess this is my chance to get to goal. Do you feel my ambivalence?
I am still freaked out that this happened to me so far out. I guess I will have some questions for the surgeon when I see him. I have never used NSAIDS, don't have diabetes, and the only thing I do once in a while that it says can cause this is to drink alcohol. Maybe my wine is gone for good.
I hope you are all going to sleep like babies tonight!

If you are allowed to eat solid and want something crunchy, GNC sells Quest chips in several flavors. I like them and I am picky. They contain 20 gr of protein and only 5 of carb. If I remember correctly the protein comes from milk and the carb is potato. Every now and then you might want to "chew".
