Hi Ladies,

I got home this morning from my brothers.  I had to come to the library to return my book because it was due today and will probably pick up a couple more while Im here.  It looks like rain right now.  I dont have much planned for the week.

Trish I hope you had a good connection with your therapist.

Kathy sorry you had a delay in your surgery but it will happen.

Vickie sorry you are grieving big time.  Loved the headstone you picked out and makeshift urn with flowers.  Ill keep praying for you.

Connie you are always so positive that is what I love about you.

Cindi glad you could come here and express about you weight gain.  I know how stress can affect the eating.

Hi Gals,

I am back from my therapy session, and so glad I met him.  I think it's a good fit.  We barely scratched the surface, but I could tell he understood what is going on with me, and he seems very empathic.  I am more hopeful than I thought I'd be.  

It looks like the sky is going to open up again, so I have to get outside with Utley before it does.

Connie I am thrilled that I am.  He understood everything and seemed impressed with my background, and progress since my teens.  Not that I was trying to impress him.  It still surprises me that I impress anybody with it.  I just look at it as one of God's personal miracles meant for me and the ones I love.  Because I certainly could not have done it on my own.  That's just the way God works, and, unfortunately, too many people don't have a clue that God does these things.  

Love you Sweetie.  I was thinking about you when my arthritis had me hurting more than usual.  I'm reminded that you suffer much worse pain, more often than I do.  That's when I pray for you more.

Cindi and Cindy -- We all have problems with food, that's why we needed to turn to surgery!  I have lost a lot of weight, but I'm still 70 pounds away from goal.  I stopped losing about four months ago -- I'm lucky I haven't gained any weight, but I'm not "on program".  I've been eating lots of carbs.  Lately, though, nothing appeals to me -- I've cooked chicken, steak and fish -- all of which I love, but now none of it appeals to me.  I'm trying to stay away from carbs, eating salads, yogurt, cottage cheese to see if I can get back on track and start losing again. Luckily, I still have restriction, but I have to buckle down.  Let's all start swinging chickens for each other (will that tenderize them for cooking??).

Trish - hope your appointment goes well today.  It's good that you're taking positive steps to help yourself.

Kathy - Your surgery date will be here before you know it.  Hang tough!!

Afternoon OFF family...

Went to Chiro today have our evaluation done...scans and xrays. Find out Wednesday morning how well we are doing.

Last night I got up to go potty and Rick was in the bathroom looking at himself in the mirror, he didn't hear me come in there and I guess I scared the living daylights out of him because he jumped about  three feet!!!!! ROFLMAO!!!!!!!!  I FINALLY got him good!! And I wasn't even trying!!!!!!!

I am sorry that my posts on FB with food are bothering some. Guess you will have to stop looking at my posts then...a lot of them I post with the recipes I save so I have them for when we have dinners etc here and I need something new to make. Or some of my tenants are also on my friends list on FB and they also make some of the things I post for their dish to pass. However I AM HERE TO HELP ANYONE THAT NEEDS AND WANTS MY HELP!!!!!! I am no angel either...I have gained some weight back also!! 30 pounds since I took this job almost 4 years ago. Yes I am working on getting it off again. I am a stress eater I admit it. Always have been and that will never change. Its hard. There. I am with the rest of you now. GUILTY.

As for Rick's family coming...I don't mind them coming. Its just having to hear the same crap over and over again. His mother will not leave the asshole that has her in the poor house!!!!! WHY?????????? And as for the comment of them living here...NEVER HAPPEN!!!!!! One is a felon. Against the rules. The other one will not leave him. And Rick would NEVER allow him near us. And their credit is so far gone they couldn't pass the qualifications to get in anyhow.

Nothing else new here...no storms last night. They fizzled out. WOOOHOOO!!!!
