Hello Ladies,

I read an article that Americans have taken to eating one all-day-long meal, meaning we snack all day long. So, I evaluated what I do and I do the same damn thing...true that I usually graze on raw vegetables like carrots, celery, and cucumbers, but I am still eating something all day long. It's no wonder that when I get home and sit still, I still think I need to graze. Well, today, I am stopping the bad habit of grazing.

other than that, nothing new. I hate when I have to face truths.

Hello everyone....no one has a lot to say today. Where is everyone??

Nothing new for me. I think I will be napping soon. It is storming here now. The winds are strong and the rain is blowing sideways. Temp is only 61 degree's. I had windows open for awhile. It kept raining in so I had to shut them. Hopefully the rain won't last too much longer and I can try opening them again.

I went grocery shopping and running errands with my lady that comes to take me shopping every Tuesday! I can't imagine my life right now without her. She is a gem!! Tomorrow my cleaning fairy will be here. Everything will be all fresh again!!

I am concerned about Judy. Still sending her prayers as she has that procedure tomorrow. God Bless her!

Vickie ...I hope the cushions are coming a long better. Praying that all goes well for you in Nac!! I prayed your mom would change her mind and decide to go after all. Have a safe trip!

Eileen.. I hope you are managing with all those boxes all around. I hate moving!!

Mary...I am still praying for you and Jim. Anything new? How is he doing? How are you doing???

Kathy...Christine.....and all ...I always read all the posts but I am at a blank for now. CRS!!!! You know I love you all!!

Good Morning Jeannie,

I have days like that for the most part. When I am out, or watching the kids, I can have graze-less periods, but not when I'm home. It's been that way for practically forever.

I was sick yesterday, fever, headache, etc. I see my new PCP today, and I'm going to discuss everything, including my WLS.

Good morning Jeannie.....grazing...yup...these last two weeks have been awful for me...I eat off and on all days...just not always healthy. I see my doctor on Thursday....I know she will be disappointed because I had been doing so well. Oh well...life happens!!

At least you, Jeannie are the smart one and eats healthy food!!

Sorry you were sick yesterday.I had that on Sunday. It inly lasted about 24 to 36 hours. I slept through most of it! I hope you feel much better by now.

Hello Trish...I have always had grazing issues....that is how I ended up weighing 242 pounds!!! I do not want to weigh that much again. It doesn't help me to do the delay if I turn around and graze again anyway!! I see my doctor on Thursday!

I am doing the same darn thing!!!! I am so frustrated with myself. I am going to go back to using delayed gratification, delay even if it is just 30 mins.

Good luck with limiting the grazing.
