Travel Tuesday
Hello Kathy...welcome to the world of exhaustion...Eileen and I just had to share it with you didn't we?
I did have a great weekend with my family...thank you! I treasure our times together!!
YUP...Fibro, PTSD, among other mental health issues, really do love to drag in depression too. It has been some difficult months lately. I just keep doing what I must do and keep putting one foot in front of the other. Somedays are really much harder then others. I feel so bad that I am down and feeling the pain and all that involves. I sure don't feel like I am being vey supportive . I do pray for OUR OFF Family everyday. Know that I care. I sometimes feel like I should just take a brea****il I feel better. Who wants a whiner on here every day!!
I am with you Kathy...I wish I could go back to sewing and making so many fun things. My body just says NO!! I always made so many cute things for my daughters and wish I could for my granddaughters. Oh well...not meant to be.
That was nice of Jim to help you with cleaning your bedroom. I always ended doing everything myself. My husbands were good at cooking on the grill and it was always delicious!!
I really don't feel like there will be any great breakthroughs for Fibro any time soon. This illness is still too new and many doctors don't even acknowledge it as a real disease.
I hope you have a nice lunch and a good nap!!
Love you...HUGs....connie d
Hi Ladies,
Today is my 1 year surgiversary. I cant believe its been a year already. I can do so many things now that I couldnt do before surgery. I havent had any problems with food, drinking enough water or exercising. I have my 1 year checkup tomorrow with the Dr., dietician and exercise guy. Otherwise I dont have anything planned for the rest of the week.
Prayers and thoughts to everyone.
Hugs,
Yvonne
Happy Surgiversary Yvonne. My first year flew by. Enjoy!!!

Just a quick note tonight. I got to see the baby! They did another ultrasound just for me. Pita waved at us! Such precious little hands and fingers. "She" was very active today, kicking and waving. It was a very special moment.
Carrie and I went out to dinner and then we did a little shopping. We bought some cute little organizers for the baby's drawers and closet. I went to a quilt shop and found some really really cute fabrics, but of course it's still too early to buy. They told us it wouldn't be until 20 weeks for the big ultra sound that will hopefully tell us if Pita is a boy or girl. Sigh. Just 7 more weeks.
I realized after I got here I forgot to pack any pajamas so I hit a really good sale at JC Penny's. I bought 2 new bras and a couple of new night gowns. Honestly all of my pjs are just about rags and I haven't bought a new bra in ages, so I'm happy with my purchases.
Well I'm sorry so many of us are having aches and pains and sleep problems. Here's hoping we all have a better day tomorrow.
Live you all Nighty night!
