Monday, Monday

Hi Cindy and my OFF family:

I still don't have much energy but I did clear out most of one bookcase today. Yesterday, I sold the two little bookcases, so I had to pack a box of bobbleheads. I will have to get a box in there for the books. These are ones I decided to keep. Even with getting rid of books, I still have a lot. My brother said the movers agreed to put his stuff in storage until our big move Sept. 15, but they were picking up tomorrow. So he's busy packing to get everything ready for the movers. 

Not much else happening. Tonight's my Friday. I'm sleepy and wish I could just stay home. Have a good day everyone.

Eileen, I bet you are so looking forward to moving into your new place and being settled.  Things are moving along in that direction.

Hello OFF family...Well I finally got my "call" today. Pre op is Monday morning at 8am!!!! So we need to be up at 5 so we can leave by 6 to get there...Surgery is Wednesday at noon but have to be there at 10am. So we leave that day at 8am. Asked if I could have the pre op done here. NOPE. ****!!!!!! Have to drive all that way for a few tests. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!! I have to have ANOTHER EKG, Blood tests, Chest Xray and physical. WTH??? Just for Laser surgery on my cervix???????? SIGHS.........Rick is pissed because he has so much work to do. Like I don't????? Oh well.

Have a headache....going to go play me games then to bed I think. didn't sleep much last night at all. Never do on sunday nights for some reason.

I'm having a endoscopy on the 26th. I wonder if I have to have a pre op? She didn't say anything when I left that day.

Carla, I've had an endoscopy before and I can't, for the life of me, remember if there was anything I had to do prior to the procedure.  Maybe you should call the dr. office to be sure.  Hoping it provides answers for you.

The only prep I get is to not eat or drink after midnight...they usually give me some relaxing medication before the numb my throat.  

I've had plenty of these and have never done a prep or any preop tests. Good luck. They'll give you good drugs.
