Hi.  I seem to remember someone posting about how mustard helps w/ severe leg cramps?  Does anyone recall the specifics?

It was me who posted it and I learned about it from Susan and it does work.  I have horrible leg cramps and after eating a tablespoon of mustard, the cramps stops.

Thank you.  My hubby is trying it now.  He's been getting horrible leg cramps after exertion.  He's had RNY also.  The surgeon who did the surgery, put him on potassium because it was low -- but the leg cramps seem to be getting worse the older he gets.  Thanks for your reply.

A tablespoon of mustard really works??!!??  Jim has severe cramps after he is "tapped"...... Will have to get him to try the mustard because he is in misery.  Thanks.

I've read that pickle juice helps too.  I have a friend who drinks it on a regular basis.  I saw it on the Deadliest Catch the other night.  The guy was severely dehydrated so they had him drink pickle juice.

I have also used a product called Hylands Leg Cramp Salve.  I got it at Vitamin Shopped.  The have a salve and a pill you can take.
