Feeling lousy

Okay, not only has my sinus headache come back with a vengeance, so has the nausea.  But, adding to it is once again, I have made my daughter cry, without even trying.  It last happened over 3 years ago.  Aargh!

It's all worked out, but I hate when that happens.  She is super sensitive, and so high strung, it doesn't take much to do it.  And, I confess, I usually don't cause it.  Usually, someone else does it.  I just know that feeling as lousy as I did before it happened, I feel horrible now.

I have gone to bed around nine both last night and tonight.  Not sleep, just bed, with my laptop.

Sorry you are feeling so awful. It is hard when we take on the feelings that belong to someone else. Sometimes when we love someone it is hard to separate it all. 

It is 4:30 am here.  I am dealing with a colonoscopy prep. I just hope i am cleaned out enough for the procedure. I actually started with stool softeners on Sunday because i have needed extra prep days in the past. I took the MobiPrep at 5 pm yesterday as instructed. I drank clear liquids all day yesterday to the point of nausea. Despite lots of rumbling i didn't have the first results till 3:30 am. I have been in the bathroom since. Now it is time to take the second dose. Sure hope it works faster or i will be making stops on the 40 min drove to the endoscopy center.  Ugh!!!!

I did see my PCP yesterday in a three month follow up after stopping the last of my blood preasure meds. I am still on a water pill for the swelling in my ankes. The good news is, my BP os great and i lost anothet 12 lbs. I was suprised because i hit a stall for about four weeks. The other good news is i don't have to go back for six onths and then only for my wellness exam. 

I go Saturday for a root canal on Saturday.  Both ends in the same week!!!! Rofl. 

Well the thrown is calling again.

I hope your colonoscopy goes well.  Congrats on the weight loss and blood pressure success.  Things with my daughter are okay now.  We don't hold grudges.  I don't necessarily take on her emotions.  I just hate when I am the cause of a meltdown on her part.  She is wound so tight, I get concerned about her.  

I am feeling better this morning.  It's the evenings I feel like crap.

Hello Francine...sorry you are having such a hard time with your prep for your colonoscopy. You really do have a hard time with that. Talk to your doctor and explain what happened. They need to find something else for you to take or give you a better schedule for taking it. I am sure the testing is done now. I hope they were able to do the test.

Congratulations on the weight loss and the BP!!! That is great news!! Way to Go!!!!

Good afternoon Trish...I am sorry about your daughter crying. I am glad you worked it out. She does seem sensitive at times. She will forget about it and all will be well again. She is a good mother to her children. She being a mother herself knows things don't always work out the way we want. Please be kind to yourself, there is nothing more you can do.

I am so sad that your sinus headache is back and along with it nausea. Some of that is because you are so stressed out. Go do something nice for yourself.
