Getting ready for fall semester huh. I am sure you are so organized it is all but ready by now!! Nic is excited to go back to school in August. He has his freshman courses done so he will start as a sophomore. For some reason he likes that idea!! I wish him the best! I wish he could have you as an instructor...he would love you!! He is a kid that doesn't let the grass grow under his feet!! He loves knowledge, he wants to do things right!

Vickie, well, of course, things are all mixed up for you. You've been through a lot. Gee, I miss bills all the time and I don't have as much turmoil as you've been through.
As for me, I slept through my yowling cats alarm this morning but still got up at 9 a.m. in time to get ready for my Y water exercise class. So I went there, then stopped at Starbucks for iced coffee on the way to the courthouse. I got my record showing the eviction in 2012 was paid off ... cost me $2 for the copy and certification. I was going to go to the farmers market downtown, but when I got there, they were still setting up. It was supposed to start at 2 p.m. and it was 2, but there were two food vendors and a couple of Amish women setting up ... and that was all. So after sitting there for five minutes, I left. Came home and started laundry and pondered what to do for food. Then ordered pizza. Same old, same old.
I'm really tired, but it's my weekend, so I can eat and then nap. At least I have one chore done. Have a good day everyone.

I am so glad you got confirmation on paying that eviction order. Now you shouldn't have problems anymore moving where ever you want!!
I tried to get an iced coffee at Starbucks in Target...the lines were so long I decided to skip it. I went back one more time and there was still a line. One lady in line had 3 small children....they were all screaming and she was screaming...I turned around and gave up!! I bought a bottle of water instead!!!
I really need to find out how I can get to these farmers markets.Gosh I miss them! I am going to post a note to my friends to see if any are going. I doubt they will be as this is camping time for most all of them. Sorry you didn't get to one either.
Yummy Pizza...I haven't had any in so long. I was tempted to order one last night. I talked myself out of it. I figure Gracie will want pizza at least once when she is here. We can share! I hope you enjoyed yours!!

Yeah, I like farmers markets so I was disappointed this was not open when it was supposed to be. Oh well, the St. Mary's one will be open on Thursday.
Occasionally the Starbucks lines are long but usually not so bad when I'm there. Today there was no one in front of me. Needed the iced coffee to get me through the walk through the courthouse. Because you have to go walk through the metal detectors (and there weren't any handicapped spaces available out front), then up the elevator to the second floor to the bridge to the county court building, then down the hall. Then stand at the records computer and look up the record. Then get the number, go back to the county clerk's office, get the copy, pay for the copy ($2) and reverse the process. I had to do this too with the protection order, plus go to the judge's chambers. Today wasn't so bad.
Hello...well its another hot and muggy day here. Trying to get things done and just about there!!! WOOOHOOO!!!! Got an application turned in for a 1 bedroom...he is accepted!!! GREAT!!!! Woman stopped in today for application for 2 bedroom...said she will turn it in Thursday morning first thing. Great!! If she is accepted I am FULL!!! Well except for the one we call the re-hab apartment. BUT....all apartments will be full that are habitable!!!!!!! First time since we have been here!!!!!!!!!! 
AND...this means a HUGE BONUS at Christmas!!!! If I remember right $100 for each empty apartment since the new program went into effect...and I believe that was 8 or 9 apartments we rented out now. 
Wanted to go to the fair in the next town but Rick is tired from cutting grass all day in the heat. Oh well...its muggy anyhow and I am not really wanting to walk around and sweat. Maybe next year.
Thinking of ordering a pizza for supper. Dominos pan pizza sounds so good to me. I could eat that every night if I could...LOL
Just tried calling my sister but no answer. Figures. SIGHS.........
Well Bandit needs to go potty walking so better get him out...LOL
