Good Morning...happy Wednesday!!!
Hello Eileen...I posted a brief message on your other post...sorry I didn't see this one.
Thank you again for the birthday wishes!!! I did get the one on Facebook.
Sorry no beer.....no cake!!
Sorry about the loud kids in the pool. Don't they have separate kid hours?
Sorry you couldn't give blood. My counts are always good. I have never tried giving blood...I am always too tired and feel like I need all my blood!! LOL!!
YUM Chili's is so good....I haven't eaten in one for a couple years. We don't have any here.
Your thyroid off isn't good...I am sure you will be hearing from the clinic soon. Let me know how that goes.
I am glad it won't be long before Gary gets here. I know you want to move. If you have to stay at least he will be there for you!!
Enjoy the ball game....good night!!
More love and hugs...connie d
I'm pooped now too ... didn't do all that much but the pool exercise just wears me out. I love it, though.
Glad you ate a little. You need to keep up your strength.
No, they have one big pool separated into thirds ... one is for the kiddies with a big play area with sprinklers and buckets and stuff. It really looks like fun. Then there's a rope and an area for adults to play in. Then there's the lap/exercise area. Before noon, it's for the exercise classes; after noon it's for lap swim. I hear it's a little different at the downtown Y but I like this place. There's also an outdoor play area for the kids but it was overcast today and drizzling so I think everyone was inside.
Hi Connie and OFF,
It's after midnight, and I am just sitting down to my laptop.
First, my continued prayers for Vickie, the girls, and Budder and Reese.
My day was nonstop. First to the lab. Then, Eileen's to get Mom out of bed. She didn't want to get the haircut I was going to take her to, coz today is discount day at her favorite store. I was able to get my nieces soon baby some adorable, perfect condition, Carters Newborn stuff, and a dress from Baby Gap. Most of it was 50 cents. Then, Mom found me a beautiful JM blouse, with the tags still on it, and it was only $3.50. She also found me a brand new Phillies licensed T-shirt,with the tags on it, for $3.00. Then, I found my nephew a T-shirt that says Philly, with the cut out letters being made from the four Philly sports teams logos for $3.00, almost new. Fun stuff.
After dropping Mom off at Eileen's, Neil, my nephew, and I came back to Kathy's, my sis-in-law. Kathy had to go to her Mom's in Maryland overnight. A friend I haven't seen in years came by coz she was in town. She moved three hours from here ten years ago. Then, Mom and Eileen came over for leftover hoagies, and Mom kicked my but at Scrabble. She loves beating Kathy and me coz we're college graduates and she isn't. At 88 years old, she is really good at the game. She almost beat Trent one time, but on the last turn, he went out and got everybody's leftover letters to beat her.
They left close to 11:30, and I'm finally able to catch up here.
Need to read the thread now.
Love,
Trish

Hello Trish....yes I was sound asleep when you posted. You did have a long day!!!!
You scored getting those baby items...don't you just love those shops!! That sounds like a really good one too!!!
LOL...Budder and Reese is the same little guy....Benny is the other older one. It gets confusing at times. We will all keep the prayers going for Vickie and her family especially the next couple days.I am very concerned about all of them. They do have a sitter for the boys so those days so that will help.
I hope you managed to get to bed right away....you are the busy bee of the group!!! I hope your mom is coming around again. She still seems very strong willed!!
I love scrabble and so do my girls...we love to challenge everyone!!
Lots of love and hugs....connie d

Big Oops on me confusing Benny and Budder. That's a huge My Bad.
