A message from Vickie....
Vickie asked me to let you all know how things are going this morning with Butch.
Butches BP is 54/35 this morning. Pulse very weak and erratic. Shallow breathes and apnea is quite pronounced. It is a matter of hours now.
Vickie just doesn't feel like posting today. She asked me to let our little OFF family know.
I am not going to post anything on Facebook right now. I will wait to hear from Vickie.
My heart is breaking. God Bless this amazing family.
Please everyone send thoughts, prayers or whatever you feel you want to do. Vickie and Christine are there with him. They need our love and strength all around them now.
I love this family like they are my own.
I will let you know if and when I hear anything else.

Thank you Connie for taking the time to post this...I have been checking back & forth for updates since Butch went into hospice house...even if I didn't have time to post...
My heart is breaking for the family...all I can do is pray for a peaceful passing & that Vickie is able to make it thru the moment during & after his passing. She has been holding up for far too long!
I am sure we all understand her not feeling like posting. She needs everything she's got for the rest of this day.

Kathy...thank you so much....I will do whatever Vickie wants me to do. I love that wonderful friend/sister!!
All our hearts have been heavy for weeks....I can only imagine how Vickie is feeling. I am so glad Christie is with her...I am sure Carrie is on her way there too.
All we can do is just keep doing what we have been doing...keep the hope, love and prayers flowing!

Connie -- I'm so glad Vickie reached out to you - you are truly a special friend to her. I know your heart is breaking over the pain she is experiencing.
You can all understand when I say I'm glad Butch's suffering is coming to a close. Vickie, on the other hand, while being relieved Butch's battle is over, will now face the pain she knows is coming. I am glad she has her faith, family and friends to help her. Even though she plans on going somewhere to grieve on her own, she knows she is surrounded by loved ones.

Thank you Connie for letting us know. My heart is breaking for her. She has to be so exhausted. I did offer my prayers to her on Facebook. Again, thank you so much.
Also, I pray for a peaceful 'going home' for Butch. I pray Vicki takes some time for herself after Butch passes. There are no words I can possibly say that will relieve her grief. What a wonderful woman she is, as are all the women here in this group.
