Good Afternoon Sisters!

Connie -- Hope you're feeling better and that you take it easy this weekend and OVERSEE the storage clean-up -- NO LIFTING.  Glad all your "stats" are normal.  Hot weather can do a job on us - I hope that's all it was that caused you to "crash".

Kathy - Sounds like you'll be having some good times this summer!  I still have to check out the nearby State Park to see what their swimming area is like.  Although I like going to the ocean, it's so hot and crowded at those beaches.  I like to go there in the Fall and just walk along the shore and get my feet wet.  When Maura was young, she and I would go once a year to an ocean-front motel in Maine in February - discounted rates with an indoor pool.  We'd stay two nights and really enjoy ourselves.  

Jim is talking about going to the hospital within the next few days, as he's having some difficulty breathing and he is very uncomfortable with all the fluid he's carrying around.  Although he asked me to make him a pork chop and mashed potatoes dinner tonight - something he hasn't had in ages - his dear aunt used to make it for him when he was young, and he has talked about it numerous times.  I just mashed the potatoes and have the mushrooms cooking, then I'll start the chops.  A "light" dinner!

Hello Mary....just a quick note....I was posting to Eileen and started feeling weird again...I am going to lay down but first I will check my BP and such. 

You dinner sounds good! I haven't been able to eat pork chops since my WLS. They are too dense and hurt my tummy. No matter how I cook them...same for pork tenderloin. I can eat ribs with no problem...strange! Enjoy your meal!!

I hope Jim does go to the hospital. That is the only way he will be able to enjoy the summer and have a better life. I will be praying for both of you!

aloha again!  Still trying to figure out fonts etc.  Connie. Sweetheart....something is wrong!  I so worry about you!!  It sounds like u go to docs and get care, but still honey.....I hate tat you don't sleep and have these episodes. I take TWO trazadone each night and sleep wonderfully!  Please don't be afraid of your meds😘😘😉

Hello Maui Karen... I also take trazadone and am given the okay if I need more. 

I don't want anyone worrying about me. I really am okay. I do message my doctor/nurse anytime I need them. They are aware as to what is happening. 

This really isn't new...it has just been awhile since I had this at this extent. I took a three hour nap today!!

Greetings Connie and OFF,

 I woke up to Utley barking coz Trent and Lincoln were working on fixing the second flower bed he started last year. Then the whole gang worked on making me a patio out back. They worked all day yesterday too.   I have more flowers to put out front and vegetables for out back. I also have to put together my grill. 

First I have to get some little fencing to keep Utley out of my vegetables once I plant them. 

I better get moving. This yard work just wore me out. I wanted to pay the kids some money for working so hard but Colleen wouldn't let me. She said that I do so much for all of them they can help me just to be nice. So I told them we'll go bowling next week. 

Praying for Vickie and Butch as well as Judy and her sister. Connie, I hope you feel better soon. If you have another episode like last night please get checked out.

Hello Trish....I am glad you let the kids help you with the lawn and things.  You do a lot for them...don't feel guilty. You need to learn what I had to learn....just say thank you...nothing else... people help because they want to treat you...no return is needed. That is a tough one to do but I have finally managed to get that far!!

Well I am feeling very weird...I am trying to quickly answer posts first. I will be checking my BP and things too.

Eileen I am okay...really. I have been in contact with my doctor/nurse. 

I slept for three hours and am feeling a little better now. I just spoke with my daughter, Carrie too.

I have been so stressed about getting that storage done. I can't wait until it is all gone!! My doctor agrees that isn't helping any.. Sunday it will be DONE!

Well, I'm in Kansas City doing the AP scoring for language. I do it every year to get vacation money for my grand babies and the other part of it goes into their college fund.  I tell them they owe me big time because I read really bad essays all day long and eat really bad food in a really cold convention center. LOL  

Well ,I hope you are all doing well...I need to hit the sack. 

Jeannie...I am fine...I slept for three hours this afternoon/evening. I am in contact with my doctor/nurse. They are wonderful people. I just spoke with my daughter again as well.

You are so wonderful...you are able to do so much for your grandchildren/family.
