The flowers look great already. That is going to be a wonderful place to sit out in the mornings and read or just think about things. Evenings too will be so nice too!!

Hi Connie and my OFF family:
Busy day for me today ... and I'm pooped again. But I was so energized by the aqua moves class I felt I could do anything. Yeah, right!
I got my 401k loan today, so I could catch up on my bills that I fell behind on because of you know who ... not mentioning his name anymore. And went grocery shopping for things I wanted and needed ... not crappy junk food. Lots of stuff ... three stores. I walked through Target and CVS (forgot stuff in Target so I had to go in CVS for my prescription) and then Schnucks because Wednesday is Wines-days ... you get a discount on wine if you buy six (and it's on sale, too). It lasts me for several weeks because I only drink a glass on my days off. I was going to get my hair cut and colored but they couldn't get me in until 3 p.m. and I didn't want to wait that long. Some other day. Felt good just to get real food in the house again.
A break for dinner: Also, handyman guy finally came over to work on my ceiling. I don't think he realizes the damage underneath. All he did was scrape off the damage and put some stuff on the ceiling, then he said he'd be back tomorrow to sand it. I was glad at least he didn't make a whole lot of mess while I was eating.
Whew, I'm tired. Just realize how tired I really was.
Connie, wish you could get some sleep. Lavender would just make me gag and cough. Have you tried SleepyTime tea? Sometimes that works for me. I slept very well last night ... I even missed the end of the hockey game (it went into three overtimes). Blackhawks won!
I'm still having pain in my shoulder and I don't know why. I tried not to use it to carry things with my left hand today. I called the cleaning lady I used when I lived in my old apartment. She did a good job; she remembers me as the woman with all the bobbleheads. She helped me when I had the left knee replaced. She took my laundry down to the laundry facility on site. Glad I don't have to do that anymore.
Can't remember anything else ... Vickie and Butch, safe trip!

Eileen: every post of yours I read with trepidation and am so glad "he whose name shall not be mentioned" is not mentioned...
...still in recovery from my mega fibro flare with IBS , weather has turned cooler, AC off but my aches and pains continue...did laundry, still have dishwasher to unload and reload, cancelled a helper to help me unbox new microwave and new papershredder and reorganize a hall closet, cant do things all alone anymore, mostly my helper works and I in chair give orders....am so chronically tired and in pain can't do the work myself...but am also about a decade older at least than most of you...😉

Sorry you are still in pain. Understand being chronically tired and in pain ... there are days I feel the same. After all my running around, I crashed in my recliner. So much for feeling energized! Didn't last too long. Take the help you need. I will pay the cleaning lady when I need to. I can do some stuff but, geez, just bringing in groceries wears me out. (Of course, I don't usually have that many groceries.)
On another note, moderator of my cat group who decided to drink himself to death apparently did ... and my friend on that board has made herself responsible for his death (she's not but she takes everything so hard ... her dad died last year about this time of pancreatic cancer without trying to get help, and now this ... I guess his house was a mess and had to be condemned and the cats were taken in by animal control. I am more concerned about the cats and my friend than the man, who didn't have any concern about himself that he drank himself to death. Reminds me of someone else I know ... you know who.)
Hello Jennifer...I am so tired of this crazy weather and all our flare ups!! PLEASE mother nature.... can we have some better weather soon!!!
I feel the same way...I would so much rather be able to do the work myself!! I would trade this pain for a job any day!! The fatigue is off the charts right now too. WHY do we have to suffer every darn day!!! I am praying for you! I am so sorry you have to deal with this awful disease. It effects our entire life!!

Hello Eileen.....I am not a tea drinker anymore because of the caffeine. I have never liked hot tea at all. I just like iced and now I only drink Crystal Light peach tea. Not every day though, just for a change from plain water.
Yay...you are really hanging in there with your pool therapy....that is great!!!
Not only getting real food in your house but just plan getting your space back!
I am so tired and once again I can't sleep. I think I may cheat and take an extra half dose of my Trazadone. I only take 75mg and I know I can go higher because I once was at a higher dose.

I was going to ask you about her the other day and I forgot. I am glad she can help with the laundry!!!
Is that injure because of you know who?? Keep it in mind.
