Hello.....Tuesday and the sun is shining!!!!

Sorry I was AWOL yesterday. I had insomnia on Sunday nigh****ched Frankie, came home and played Zombie the rest of the day. I'm a lot better today.
So, today, I watched Frankie all morning and part of the afternoon. After lunch, I remembered to go vote. Now, I'm checking in here. . My ADHD has been pretty bad the past few weeks. I start to do something in one room, get distracted, then do something somewhere else, get distracted and on and on, all over and over, all day long. I am like a pinball, just bouncing from one thing to the other. No wonder I love Tigger, from all the Pooh animals.
I will need to go to bed early again tonight. I get to spend all day with him tomorrow. Colleen is chaperoning Lincoln's Kindergarten class trip to the zoo. Colleen's frustrated that the only class trips the kids have had have been to the zoo. She and I both have memberships, so between her and me, they get to the zoo about six times a year, so another trip to the zoo can get repetitive. I agree with her a little, but then I compare where she and I went to school, (same schools as her father and I) to where we live here. We had so many historical and cultural place to go on field trips within and hours drive back home. When I was in Girls Scouts we took day trips once a year to New York. In ninth grade a special choir I was in took a day trip there to see "Fiddler on the Roof" on Broadway. Then, our class trip was to Washington, DC. In high school a special choir I was in flew to Germany to perform. I gave up my class trip to Bermuda to save for that trip. Senior year was a blast. As a teacher, I took classes everywhere. Opera, the Twin Towers in New York, art museum, science museums, Independence Hall, Valley Forge, Washingtons Crossing, and of course the zoo. I have been to the Philadelphia Zoo, and the zoo here so many times I've lost count. Here, there are cultural and historical places, just not quite as many to choose from.
Well, other than the Phillies game, and a shower, my evening will be quiet.

It must be very hard to clean with ADHD...I can't imagine. You are our little pinball....how cute!! Tigger is the perfect example...LOL!!
What a bummer about the ZOO trips...oh well...it is a nice place to go....they will have fun anyway!
I hope and pray you get a better nights sleep tonight!!

Having nightmares in my sleep for Eileen, wakng up in a sweat dreaming someone with a machete breaking in my place....really wish Eileen would have some male company 24/7 to deter Richard. I am sweating for her.

Hello Jennifer....having nightmares is no fun especially where there is a machete involved. I hope you have better dreams tonight.
Right now I am having a harder time during the day with bad memories and such. The first 4 days it was the nightmares at night waking me up. I spoke with my therapist a couple times. She just reinforced some things I need to remember to set in place. I don't like having those memories because they are so real. I just have to keep talking to myself and reassuring myself this isn't really happening. I know the routine.

Evening OFF family...WOW!!!!!!!!! Storms ALL Around US here!!!!!!! Was in Rite Aid waiting for a Script and my cell phone rang...answered it...Crawford weather alert...oooooooook....said for me to press any key for the message to continue...so I did...next thing I heard was GOOD BYE and it disconnected!!!! WTH???? Then Rick calls me tells me there is a Tornado WARNING for us!!!! OMG!!!!!! Said it was spotted and heading our way!!!!! Sirens going off all over town!!! I told them at the Pharmacy counter...they said OH they test the sirens once a week here...I said YES ON FRIDAYS AT NOON!!!!!!!!!! They didn't want to believe me....I said my script ready yet? No...ok I will come back tomorrow!!!!!!! I left. Got outside and the sky was black as all get out towards the North...missed us!!!!!! Thankyou Jesus!!!!! Not sure if it touched down yet or not anyplace....Still having storms popping up all around us yet. Was supposed to go to Bingo with one of the tenants but called her and told her maybe next week....
Rick's dr appointment was good...dr did not have the echocardiogram yet...grrrrrrrr but did say the treadmill test was FANTASTIC!!!!!! No sign of ANYTHING wrong with the heart at all!!! Told Rick he needed to cut back on his smoking and also his alcohol consumption. Is sending him for blood work in September and will see him after that. Any problems call or go to ER. Happy with the report and visit today!!!!

Just got my trespasser!!!!!!!! WOOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!! AND police found pot in her apartment and just MAYBE we can have her evicted now!!!!!!!!!!

Geez those people at Rite Aid sure were odd. They sure weren't caring much about their customers. Idiots don't even know when the sirens go off and when it is really a storm. That is pretty sad!!

That is so good that Rick's testing went well. I hope he does listen to the doctor and cut back on smoking and beer. He can do it!!
Now when is your pre-op check up and when is the surgery? I am so confused tonight.
