Actually, Judy, right now I don't have a lease. I never signed a lease with the new owner. I can move out whenever I want. I just don't have the money to move right now. I have to wait until Gary is ready ... his credit is better than mine and we will get a better deal than by mine alone.  So I have to wait. But Monday I will get the ball rolling to have him evicted and get a protective owner. 

As for getting a no trespassing from my landlord, the ******* is never around to do anything, so I don't think it would matter. I still haven't gotten the ceiling fixed in my apartment from two months ago. 

Eileen...STOP PAYING YOUR RENT!!!!! Put it into a separate bank account until the work gets done!!! I believe you have a LEGAL RIGHT to do that. Like I said...call an attorney and see what your rights are under this IDIOT LANDLORD that does NOTHING to HELP!!!!!!!!

Hope and Pray that your brother can help you out FAST!!!!!! You need out SOON!!!

Hello Eileen....I am crying right along with you. I should have called you days ago, I just didn't want to intrude. 

I am so happy you see your therapist on Tuesday. I am glad you will be getting everything completed on Monday to keep him away from you. I don't think you will feel entirely comfortable until you move or when your brother arrives. I am sorry he couldn't come earlier. 

That machete is a weapon. He has a severe mental illness and he should not have things like that. Please let the Police know about it. After all he has done they should be able to take it from him. Maybe not until you get the paperwork done on Monday. Also let your therapist know about it. PLEASE be sure everyone knows about it!!! You keep your Slugger with you at all times.

I am glad you have many numbers to call and 911 in your speed dial!! 

Don't apologize for crying....I am glad Stephanie and Dan were there for you last night. It is great that you had a good cry!!! Cry all you need to....this is a very traumatic time in your life.

Just wanted to touch base since I didn't have time to post yesterday. Had this bizarre burst of energy & took full advantage of it.

Of course I missed all the excitement. Christine's posting sure got you naughty girls going. I was going to honor the day by posting naked...don't want to freak out innocent neighbors, but even doing that was a little over the top!

Like Vickie I was spitting my drink all over reading the posts. AND WHERE IS OUR TROUBLEMAKER....CHRISTINE?

On a more somber note finding out about Richard coming back & the rapes Connie & Jeannie suffered made me sad. I don't know how anyone gets thru that....to me it is the ultimate abuse anyone can suffer. How strong you both are. My heart goes out to you both.

We went yard sailing this morning then cleaned up some around here...now I am going to read and relax. A ride due to the nice weather may be in order.

I will be checking in so NO MORE NAKED PICTURES!

Thank you for caring...yes rape is an ultimate abuse. The suffering never ends. Anything can trigger it.... a sound, a smell, a taste, a dream...many things. Therapy has helped teach me how to cope. 

It sounds like you had fun at the sales...did you find anything to treasure? I love going to sales like that!!

Afternoon OFF family...had an interesting day today...went to the Civil War reenactment...was great!!! Weather was PERFECT!!!!!!! Rick took his gun that was handed down to him from his grandfather...found out it was NOT original like he was told...not worth hardly anything at all except for parts or to hang on to for memories. After getting several of the same prices Rick decided to sell it if he could. Last guy that told him $150-$200 if he could get it take it. That was the going price all over we were told. So we thanked him and started to walk away. Guy that was listening to us asked if he could buy it. Rick said $175 guy said sold!!! So now Rick wants to buy a new gun for deer hunting. GREAT! NOT! I am NOT thrilled about him and a gun with his drinking. LOTS of talking on this going on.

Stopped at the Chevy dealership on way home...OMG the PRICES on a new truck!!!!!!!! $43 grand!!!!! WTH????????? And NOTHING there like we were looking for!!!!!!!!!!!! Going to keep looking around!!!

Rick cooked Baby Back Ribs on the grill today. YUMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!! Good job this time!!! He didn't burn them and they are falling off the bones!!! Corn on the cob also...YUMMMMMMM

Watching the Kentucky Derby...not sure which one I like yet...Just not fond of anything that Bob Baffert has at all!!! Don't like that guy for some reason. Never have.

Well time to get off here and go watch the race coming up and I need to see the parade of horses...lol

Hello Judy...I am just checking in here for the night and I noticed I didn't answer your post. You know me I probably drive you all crazy because I tend to be a motor mouth on here. I shouldn't go on and on.

If I were Rick I would have kept the old gun, just for the fact that he is the third generation to own it. I guess he isn't sentimental that way. I am glad he found a rifle he liked. I hope he doesn't drink and hunt. That is the worst thing he can do!!

$43 grand for a new truck....I believe it...they aren't cheap anymore. Nothing is!!

I watch the derby just for all the beautiful horses!!!

Connie there were more than one that told us to hang it on the wall....so that told us NOT to shoot it!!! NOT SAFE!!!!!!! So what good was it???? The gun was old yes...not ORIGINAL.....good ONLY for parts.....or hang on a wall...BLAH. NOT what Rick wanted. He was so disappointed over a chopped up rifle.

And......one of Baffert's horses won the derby....noticed so many of the horses are owned by foreiners...hell you can't even pronounce the NAMES of most of the horses!!!!!!!!!!! Sighs....SMH

Hi Judy....Rick is right....if it wasn't an original and only good for parts it was better to traded it in. I am sure he was disappointed to hear it wasn't what he thought it was. I am curious what the other guy that paid Rick $175 saw in it...hmmmm. 

I agree about the horses....why does everything we have in America have to include foreigners....oh well I guess we must race in their countries as well.
