It's Saturday ......what's new with you???

Good morning everyone......

There isn't any drama at my house...YAY....life is good! I have such a weight lifted off my shoulders!!! I slept good and am so relieved. I should have said good bye long ago!!!!

I am going to sit outside and read the paper. I forgot about it earlier. I have been just put-zing around.

I hope all is well with Vickie and Butch. Vickie is working so darn hard. I wish I could help. I guess sending prayers and letting her know I am available is doing something. Just not enough!

I will check back in later to see if anyone else posted. Love you ladies!!

Just came in from doing some yard work.  Took a chair out from the shed so I could take a break once in a while.  It's another beautiful day -- I'm loving it.

Connie - glad the drama is gone and you can relax.  Life has enough tension...we don't need people adding to it!

Hi sistas,

Today is not going all that well.  Butch is having a very bad day.  Carrie is having a very bad day.  Mom and I are having manageable days, but not great.  Sigh.  I think we've all cried at one point or another this morning.  

The moving company lady will be here in an hour to do a walk through of this house and give me an estimate for Monday's Move II.  I'm so embarrassed to have ANYONE come in here right now, but it's out of my control.  Things are in utter chaos and I can't change it.  

I had to hang out at the new house from 1 to 5 (yes, FIVE) yesterday waiting on AT&T to come and install my internet.  My appointment was from 1 to 3.  Ha!  But at least I got it done.  Now DirecTV can come Tuesday morning and hook up all the receivers for all the TVs.

I really don't have anymore time to spare today.  Reading everything late at night and thinking and praying for you all!

And P.S.--I broke after 4 1/2 years and drank half a baby Coke!  Carrie drank the other half.  We are both being very bad.  And I'm on my second Pro Joe of the day, too.  And I just ate some chocolate.  Can you tell I'm a wee bitty bit STRESSED???

I am sorry Butch isn't having a good day. As for everyone else...a good cry is what you really need right now! It is a great stress reliever! HUGS all the way around...everyone!!!! 

You don't need to be worried about how things look....good grief you are moving three houses at once!! I would be locked up in a cage!!! She will understand completely. 

Waiting from 1:00 to 5:00...that is ridiculous. They should have at least called!! But then...it isn't like you were left with nothing to do...UGH!!! 

I love you much...hang in there...you are the best!!

Hi Ladies,

Its a beautiful day here in Michigan so I walked to the library. Sorry I didnt post last week, I was sick with a cold but doing much better.  Not much happening to me this week except my friend had her gallbladder taken out yesterday and I spent the night with her.  I dont have much plans for this week.  The weather is supposed to turn cold tomorrow. yucky so  I probably wont get out walking as much as I did this week.

Connie I sent you a pm on facebook last week but I dont know if you got it because I never heard back from you.  I glad you are feeling and sleeping better.

Judy I will continue to pray that your test turns out fine and sorry for the loss of your parakeet.

Vicki You are such amazing woman for all you do and going through.  Will continue to pray for you and Butch. Hope the move goes smoothly for you on Monday.

Hi Yvonne...I am sorry but I never got a message from you. I just checked again. It is floating around somewhere in cyber space.  I will watch to see if you send the message again. 

I am sorry you weren't feeling well this last week. I am glad you are somewhat better now. 

That was nice of you to spend the night with your friend. I am sure she was comforted knowing you were near. 

I hope our weather stays as beautiful as it is right now. I was out walking and it felt so wonderful!! I love the Sun!!! It is 66 degrees right now with a high expected of 70. The harsh winds have died down and that makes it easier to be out walking. I think I will head outside again. I will walk a shorter distance this time. I just looked at the weather map. We are only supposed to hit a temp of about 59 tomorrow....Monday 48...Tuesday 50 and the rest of the week....plus cloudy and rainy...I hope they are wrong!!

Connie, glad your sister is OK. 

Now, I've got to vent. After taking Richard to Walmart yesterday for his eye exam, I thought I was through chasing around for a day. So I was sleeping soundly at 7:30 a.m. when I hear him knock on my bedroom door (obviously not soundly enough). "Eileen, I need $20 to get my beta blockers. I'm out. Can I get some money to go to Walmart for my drugs?" 

Even though I was still sleepy, I was pissed enough to say, "Didn't you know this yesterday when we were at Walmart?" "Well, I just ran out today. I can show you the bottle." Not the point ... if you had one pill yesterday, you should have known you wouldn't have any today. Arrrrgggh!  No, I don't want to see the bottle. I want to go back to sleep. Get me my purse, here's the $20, now go away.

Still pissed about it. I know he has brain damage, but still ... 

Anyway, at work now. Got a reprieve from my landlord on my rent. Richard got his iPad back from the place we were trying to sell it (online place); it came back damaged, so now we'll collect the insurance on it instead of trying to sell it. 

Now I need to get back to work. Just wanted to say hi. Vickie, sometimes a small piece of chocolate isn't so bad.
