Good Morning,
I'm checking in really quick before getting ready for church. Won't be a lot of kids in nursery, because my daughter and all her in-laws are away for the weekend. Trent's Mom rents a house with an indoor pool for the entire family to spend the weekend together. Colleen gets upset because invariably one, or all of her kids gets sick. 14 cousins means lots of germs to share. ,.
This afternoon, I have work to do on my laptop. Confession time, I have to do my taxes. I procrastinated like crazy this year.

Morning Ladies! It's nice and sunny this morning -- breakfast is over, and I'm getting ready to go sit on my front steps while Taylor blows some bubbles -- the Easter Bunny left a basket here for here, with lots of non-candy goodies, including bubbles!
Vickie -- I suffer from insomnia terribly -- usually get on-line during the night, but skipped it last night.
Jim is looking to do some bartering....just bought a used Harley (he doesn't even have a license) and now he's talking to someone who has a used motorhome up for sale. It looks like a nice one, but I'm the one who would be driving it. But, I was looking on-line last night at campgrounds.... there are some beautiful places. Taylor saw some of the pictures and she says "Let's Go!" We'll see what happens. Anyone here who has an RV? I'd love to hear about experiences.
I've got my mind set on doing some work in the living room today -- I've got several cardboard boxes I need to crush down, and the top of the hutch is loaded with odds and ends I need to go through....lots of various batteries (probably 90% are dead), mail, papers, etc. Ugh! My mind is on getting out in the front yard and doing some raking this week - Spring has sprung and I'm raring to go!

Argh! Almost finished my answer to you and it disappeared and not going to redo as was long.
Am ok, especially with our nice weather and open patio doors, been a while! Finalized my income taxes today, ours only due end of April, and am getting a refund...yay! Can you see my halo?
My weightloss was shortlived and I regained the 12 lbs lost, but the great thing about regain, it is not like before surgery when I'd regain any lost plus another 20 or 30 new lbs, now I even off within one or two lbs of previous weight...but salad weather is back, don't need the cold weather comfort foods so maybe I can get started on weighloss again, need to lose 45 lbs to be happy.
Weathering a second cancer scare, see onco in a couple of weeks, will go from there.

Yes...I am with you about losing. I am pretty much back to the basics now. It took two months to lose 10 pounds. My doctor was so happy!! She said that is what I should lose, between 4-5 pounds a month. I am really working hard and I had hoped for more...oh well. I also walk every day at least 3 miles. I haven't missed a day since I started in February. Some days were very painful but I kept with it and am glad I did. I have lost inches!! My doctor said my goal is doable...I will continue to have faith in her. I want to be stronger and healthier! YOU can do it too. Just stay focused!!!
I am so sorry about your second Cancer scare. Please PM me with what the doctor/Oncologist has to say. I care!! Praying for you!

Bartering...I love to barter!! That an be so fun!! We have a sight her in town that does nothing but bartering. I love to check it out now and then.
Jim bought a Harley? Depends what condition the Harley is in as to what he will be able to barter it for. Good Luck to him!! A camper would be fun!! Taylor would be happy to go along!!! I haven't camped in 15 years. I always loved going camping. I love nature! I am too crippled up to attempt that anymore. The only way I could camp is if I went in a camper like the one Vickie is selling!!!! Luxury!!!!!! Geez I have had to give up a lot lately!
You are spring cleaning....good for you!! I would prefer to be out in the sun verses cleaning in the inside!! Not raking though, I couldn't handle that. When Spring finally hits we can't help but be out in it!! I have always been a sun worshiper!!

Morning OFF family...
Sitting here waiting for my caller from yesterday to call to come look at an apartment today for her dad. So far phone has not rung...go figure!! She is from out of state and said she is leaving today so this is WHY I told her I would let her come today to see the apartment on MY DAY OFF. Rick called Chase in to finish up the last one today because of all the calls we had Friday and yesterday just incase the floor guys DOES show up...LMAO. Had another tenants refrigerator die yesterday...have none to give him except one out of another unit...like we can spare that right now!!! GRRRRRRRRR. WHY ME????? ****!!!!!! Rick just came in...Chase never came in...WTH??? SIGHS.......
Went to Bingo last night...chances all darn night!!! But I can't win them I guess...hardly anyone there either.
Tomorrow looking at more rain/storms for the week again. Hope its not like last week was!!!
OK have a question. Anyone know anything about parakeets? I have two of them and one is going bald on top and behind its head. It also seems to be sleeping a lot lately also. The other one is doing good. I got these tow from one of the tenants not long after we took over working here...not sure how old they are...I am guessing maybe 3&1/2-4 years or so?
Cooking out on the grill today...Pork Chops I guess. I wanted hamburger. Maybe I will have Rick cook both so if it rains tomorrow I will still have my burger! LOL Stink up the neighborhood good today!! LOL

Mary years ago I used to go camping but that was LONG ago!!! Had a good time!!! But then those that had the HUGE RV's were snobs to those of us that had pickup campers so it wasn't as much fun anymore...plus where we went camping changed their camp sites to accommodate the BIG GUYS so we really didn't "fit in" anymore we thought. Sold the camper. Was wearing out anyhow...LOL

Hi Judy....I am sorry those people didn't come by to look at the apartment. Maybe they found something else and was rude enough not to call and cancel the appointment. I would be mad too! You have better things to do then sit around waiting for people on your day off!!

What the hell happened to Chase? This is about it for his employment right? You said the next time he was done. He didn't seem to want to work there anymore anyway!
I hope the storms end for you soon. We had a couple huge down pours this afternoon, we even had hail!! I pray it stays away from your area!! You don't need flooding!!
