Super Early Good Morning Thursday!
Afternoon OFF family...we are getting storms after storms here and yes parking lot started to flood today!!!!!!!! Mother Nature I HATE YOU!!!!!!!!! This weather is one thing after another it seems!!! Like I don't have enough things to worry about!!!!!
Need to go back to FB play my games and watch the weather reports...relax...sighs......

I'm getting on here late. I went to the Y for my exercise class, then walked for awhile in the pool. Then I stopped at Target for a couple of things (mostly Diet Pepsis, because Richard was out of them again, but also kitty litter and to look for lidocaine cream ... more later). By the time I came home, it was after 1 p.m. and Richard was getting ready to go out with a former coworker of ours. She was trying to get him to meet her at the bus, but finally she walked to our apartment. Richard can't even walk a half block at this point. So she came here, ate the bag of salad she had in her backpack and then they went out for awhile. Later, he went to her place to look at her car to see how much he could get for it (it's not working). He's going to try to post it for her.
Talked to my doctor's office again; his nurse suggested I call around to see if the prescription might be cheaper. She also said you can buy lidocaine cream over the counter. So I went looking for it while I was at Target; the pharmacist didn't have a clue where it might be. I look on Amazon just now and found a whole bunch of it ... most is used for hemorrhoids, tattoos, sunburns, waxing. But if I can use it on my knee, well, I'll try it. It's expensive for 1 oz. But still cheaper than $700.
Vickie, I hope all goes well with your move with this weekend. I think Butch will be fine with his sister.
Christine, I have heard of c-diff. Wow, that's nasty. Glad to hear you're on the mend.

I am glad you found some Lidocaine Cream for a cheaper price. I hope it works for you!! I still can't imagine why that would cost $700...good grief!!
What is wrong with Richard that he can't walk?? Is it his back or knees or both? That is too bad. Maybe he should invest in a cane. His insurance should cover that.
