Congratulations Christine!!!  Welcome to the Losers Bench!!!  Moving at any speed is the best medicine.  It helps move the air out of your body, which they use to do the surgery.  Yes, you'll pass gas, but the walking helps relieve a lot of the pain.

We love you, and are keeping you in our prayers.

Hugs,

Trish
