Hi Christine.....I am so happy to hear you are resting and doing all the things the doctor wants you to do!!! I pray the surgery won't be postponed!! REST and rest some more!! You can do it!!!

I finally got those eggs done because I had "post it notes" all over my apartment...LOL!!  I am glad you are doing yours too. They are such a good protein to grab at anytime and there is so much we can do with them!! 

I saw a new recipe on Facebook yesterday. I need to go to the store for avocado's first. What they did was fill the avocado with bacon, or chicken or whatever...cover it with cheese. How yummy will that be!!!
