I have Vinnie all to myself this afternoon. Her mom went to work and I'm chilin.
I wad going to go to Michigan this morning to a funeral for a childhood friend who died suddenly on Thursday, then start my drive home. But a snow storm came thru last night and thus mirning. We got 6 inches.
So I'm still here. I'll leave romorrow. I'm supposed to go to St Augustine on Friday but I think I'll just skip that. I think another 300 mile drive in one week might do me in!!!
Connie I'm glad u are doing better!

Hey All,
Man oh Man, I cannot believe how quick we went from ice and snow to warm and blooming. Today, I spent the day in the hospital getting breathing treatments, IV steroids, and X-rays and the diagnosis, exacerbation of severe Asthmatic reaction to pollen...really? Enough about me. I am happy that everyone seems to be doing better. Vic sold her boat and has a promise to sell some land and that is good...baby steps of big things. Connie, I am so, so happy to see you posting and am so happy that the sisters have reached out to remind you what it is we get here. Eileen, I hope your knee continues to recover and maybe you should consider making them do an MRI to see if you have some torn cartilage because you know that stuff doesn't heal by itself. I have forgotten who all posted....Christine, I am so happy you started the post...sometimes we all sit back and wait for someone to do it and then the entire day has passed. For all you lurkers, come out come out wherever you are...the good witch is making her request for a showdown of where you are and what are you doing....That was my favorite part of The Wizard of Oz...when the good witch calls out the little munchkins.
Hi Jeannie....thank you again for encouraging me to come back. You were so right....this is a most treasured group of lovely ladies/ stista's anyone could ask for. I know this is my strongest support group. If we need help someone will always be there to help us through it. I love you for being there for me...always!!
Much love and oodles of hugs to you....connie d
