Wednesday It Is!!
Hello Vickie...what a day you had yesterday. I am praying today may be a bit better.
I am sorry Butch isn't eating or drinking. He knows he will dehydrate. I hope he at least drinks the Boost today. This makes it so hard on you too. They won't send him home if he doesn't do what he needs to do. I know he can't help it. It makes me sad for both of you. I love you my sweet friend!! I am always here for you!!
I am not moving much today either. Yesterday is just a fog. Rest while you can your body needs it. Glad you did get somethings done today. If that is all you can manage then move on to resting or reading or whatever. The blue funk will lift...give yourself another day. Tomorrow you can do more.

Vickie, good for you on getting the floor and boxes done. You'll finish. Plus, the more you do, the better you'll feel.
I hope Butch is drinking his Boost. Even if he just sips it, and takes a while to fini**** he'll get the calories and nutrition in him.

I hope your daughter and SIL can find a place to move to that is much quieter!!
As for me...another day of HELL!! I hardly even remember yesterday. I wasn't up for most of the day. Completely drugged and sleepy. So far today isn't much better. I so need the WARM weather back!!
My cleaning fairy is here doing her thing. I only have 2 small loads of laundry. Mostly she will be cleaning.

I guess this is a day for everyone to be crabby. I had a followup on my knee, the one I hurt when I fell a couple weeks ago. My knee doc says everything's fine, nothing to worry about. Well, I'm not fine. I'm in pain. I told him that. I told him the touch of Juliette's paw on my leg hurts. Her paw is not that heavy. But it hurts. He asked me what I was taking for pain; I told him vicodin. He said that's good stuff. He asked if I was elevating and icing it. Well, of course, when I can. But I can't do that at work. Well, it takes time. Give it time, he said. I'm pissed. He did nothing for me. I was in a lot of pain last night. I took my usual vicodin at night, then I had to get up and take another one, plus put biofreeze on my knee in a couple of places. Still was in pain. Like someone stabbing me in the knee. Takes time, he says. Bull****
Well, after that, Richard and I went to do some shopping. I just used the electric cart. He bought some groceries ... wants to make a pork shank (he talks about this like it's a masterpiece ... I'm interested to eat it). ... since it takes awhile to cook in the slow cooker, we decided just to get a pizza for tonight from Walmart. Although right now he's in the bedroom sleeping. ... don't think he's going to get this done today.
Vickie, sorry you are having problems. I hope Butch can get some relief and you can get some nutrition in him through Boost.
Judy, I don't understand why you just can't have a hysterectomy.

I think your knee doctor is wrong. It shouldn't keep hurting if nothing is wrong. You can't even have Juliette touch you. That just isn't right!!! That doctor knows you work, how can you be icing your knee all the time.
I am glad you use the electric cart when you shop. It helps so much!!
I have never had pork shank. You will have to let me know how that turns out.
I need to take a Vicodin and go to sleep. This pain SUCKS!!!!
