What's Up and Who's Down?
Vic,
The steroid shot will make you feel some relief so don't go and over do it. I would still get an MRI on that shoulder to just make sure the rotator cuff isn't torn. How was the chicken? DH and I took a friend of ours to Chilis and they both ate huge meals and I ate a salad and a cup of soup. Gosh...I sure did want a bite of DHs steak and fries... I really need to get back on something for my depression...I am not clinically depressed in the same sense that many suffer, but I am usually high energy and pretty chipper but lately, and it has to do with DH's back pain, I am just so miserable. He won't go to the doctor so he spends his time sitting in the chair propped up with pillows and when he does get out to do something, like going to eat, he moans with every step. He won't go to the doctor; he won't take anti-inflammatories; and he won't take pain meds. I keep telling him that he has to have something wrong.
Well, I have said enough...take care and I hope the increase in prozac brightens your moods.
Sorry I'm a day late here. Had trouble with the OH site yesterday, and gave up.
Thursday was good. Did some unpacking, and also dropped off goodies for the Munchkins. Sean had me get him some books for them when I had my book party. I also got them the "It's the Easter Beagle Charlie Brown," DVD for their drive. They have a DVD player in their van. It helps tremendously on the drive for Colleen. Please say prayers as she travels out to see my Mom, with just her and the kids. Trent is staying back here, coz he has to work. She is spending the night in Monroeville, right outside of Pittsburgh, near Sean. Hope they can get together. Sean doesn't have a car that works right now. He uses public transportation, and none takes him toward where Colleen is staying. Maybe he can get a ride from a friend.
Must scoot.
Love and Prayers,
Trish
