Messy Monday

Well, I have over a foot of snow out there to start shoveling. I've already tried to shovel a path for Utley, but he isn't having any of that. Must get out there. Be back later.

Well, I've dug two paths down the driveway, part of my patio, and the walk from my patio to the sidewalk. Now, a neighbor has started my driveway, and I'm warming up a bit. I'll go back out in a little bit.
I am so blessed. I have loving family, and such kind neighbors. God is too good to me.
Utley still hasn't gone out. Argh!!!
Must get him out there, if I have to put him on the leash.
Oh, turns out my garage door was up all night. I thought I put it down last night, but snow blocked it from staying down. The safety feature had it go back up, and stay up. Now, I have snow in the front of the garage. I cleared it so it stays down.
Better get Utley on the leash and take him out before he pees in here.

Good morning Trish and everyone.......
Trish....I wish you had someone to help you with your shoveling. It makes me feel bad that you have to do it all yourself. It probably is good exercise. 
As for me....Pam took me shopping last night as I needed a few things. We went to Target first and then the grocery store. You know how that goes. I am still exhausted today.
Tony came over already this morning. He was bored. He wasn't ready to sleep yet, he works 3rd shift. He left something here and needed to pick it up. He isn't staying all day today!!! I love him to pieces but he just talks too much! I am so used to my quiet days and I enjoy them. He is in the bathroom now singing like a rock star!!! LOL!!!!! 
I am going to go out for my walks today. I then plan on working on the puzzle with the ladies later. We are working on a 2000 piece this time. We usually do 1000. It will be fun. 
I am praying our sweet Vickie and Butch made it safely to MDA. I hope the radiation helps Butch feel better each day. I love you Vickie and Butch!!! Sending many prayers as always!! 
Judy...are you buried in snow over there?? I hope you didn't get hit too hard!! I am worried about you. 
Everyone have a good day!! You people shoveling snow be careful with your backs, come in and warm up now and then.

My neighbor came out when I was back out working on my driveway, and we finished it in no time at all. He's also a retired teacher. He taught in Brooklyn, in the late 1960's. He's the nicest guy. He feeds the stray cats. Gotta love a guy that cares about critters.
I'm hoping to save money to buy a snow blower. That's been one of my goals since last Winter.

Connie...we had snow yesterday but then the temps warmed up so it all turned to RAIN!!!!!! Then Very early in the morning we had a FAST HARD FREEZE!!!!!!!! SO....we have ICE!!!!!! LOTS of THIC****!!!!!!!! What a mess!!!!!!!! It is 15* and salt does NOT melt ice in that temp at all!!! I told Rick to go out yesterday to shovel that slush off the walks...did he listen to me????? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! Watching the snow/rain was more fun I guess. Now we have ICE!!!!!!!!!!!! I YELLED my head off this morning at him!!! One tenant fell on this ice and lucky he is ok!!! But Again Rick get YELLED at!!!!!! I am sick and tired of these guys never listening to me!!!!!!!!!!

Judy....all that ice....that is worse then snow!! I am glad your tenant wasn't hurt. Tell Rick next time he doesn't listen, you will call your boss so she can tell him to do it!! Damn men...exactly why I don't want one!!
Tony and I are good. I just don't like when he shows up without notifying me first. He will leave when I tell him to....that isn't a problem.

Connie...ROFL not many were IN the office today due to THEM getting ALOT of snow!!!! They are closer to the lake area and they had the blizzard warnings and got a foot or more of snow!!! Lucky them huh??? I can yell at the guys here myself...one of these times they WILL listen!!!! But trust me I WILL let our BOSS know when she comes again!!!!
Just found the obit online for my ExMIL and she died the 29th!!! Funeral is tomorrow...I did sign the guest book...I was nice...I did let them know I was donating to my Ranger's Legacy Equine Rescue in her name!!! I could have said a lot more in there but I restrained myself......I do have more class then the "*****" exSIL deserves from me. Remember the cartoon with Miss Prissy? The chicken? LMAO that is what Gary called his sister...said that is what she looked like to him....its true...she sure does!!!!
Well Rick gave me a Michelob light to drink...burping like crazy...LOL 4.1% alcohol...LOL not a lot in it to even give me a buzz!!!!!!!Just tastes good!!! Now if I got into the Buzzballs OMG they have 20% in those and they are a 4oz bottle!!! WOW!!!!!! They knock me on my behind!!!!!!!!!
OK need to find food!!!!!!!!!! Its after 6pm already...time is going fast...

I don't know how we missed the snow, but i am glad it did. I got out to the gym. Dang it was nasty cold. I did 55 mins on rhe nustep then of to water aerobics. I wore a new suit for me, bright fuchsia. It was my roommate's suit i found when cleaning up a bunch of stuff piled in a corner by my sister when she was helping with a move. I couldn't believe it fit!!!! And i looked great in it. I haven't worn a one peice suit in about 20 years. Everyone in the class commented on how good it looked on me. Made me feel great.
After time in the hot tub, off to run a couple errands then home for a good breakfast.
Vickie and Butch are in my prayers. Also, all who have been struggling with any physical or emotional hardships. I read your posts daily and prayer for each of your successes daily.
