Good Morning! It is a Monday for sure!
Afternoon OFF family...well I went to court this morning. I can't believe they didn't call it off!!! But I got there safe and sound!!! We had ALOT of snow over night and with the drifts and all...OMG!!!!!!!!!!! Anyhow the tenant did NOT show up. Easy. Judge said no problem. He gave him til next Monday to move out. If he is still here next Monday I call my lawyer. He will then have the sheriff come out and place a sticker on their door to give them 3 more days to leave. If they are still here then I call the police to stand by and we take their things out of apartment and change the locks. They no longer live here. See what happens when you do not pay your rent for a few months? EVICTION!!!!!!
So we ended up with about 8 inches of snow plus the drifts that are about a foot if not more in some areas. Snow plow guys that we have are IDIOTS. One came in the middle of the night. Did ONE swipe and left. WTH???????? Forgot the whole other complex. WTH??????????? Called the company. She said WHAT????????? I repeated myself. She said they WILL be back!!! THANKYOU!!!!!!!!!!! So they came back and did a good job. I mentioned to the one driver that the piles near the road can't be that close or the police WILL call me and make them come back to either move them back further or knock them down lower. SOOOOOO while you are here do it right. He just looked at me. SOOOOOOOOOO if the police call me about this I will tell them who does the plowing and I WILL tell them I DID tell them to do it right and they didn't. Police can call them!!!!!!!!!! I am done trying to help these IDIOTS out!!!!!! Because I am a woman they think I do not know anything about plowing??? HELLO!!!!!!??????? I plowed for years with my ex-husband!!!!!!!
Then there is the tenant that backs her van out and knocks the snow pile down into the walkway...she comes back and parks her van so people can't get through with a walker...I told her move her van over more to the right. WHY?? She says...I tell her why!!! Then I also told her about the walk she blocked up when she backed her van up!! She said well you need to shovel better!!! OMG!! That was it!! I then told her she needed to learn HOW to drive that van!!!!!!!!! This woman is a piece of work let me tell you!!! But I don't have all night....lol. She did move it over. Then I have another tenant that said the plow guys did a horrible job. Especially behind her car! Excuse me?? They don't clean your car lady!!!! YOU DO!!!!!!!!!! I told her the snow is FLUFFY snow so move it NOW...she said oh no...tomorrow I will. I told her tomorrow MIGHT be a different type of snow!!!! Good Grief!!!!!!!!! Yup FUNNY FARM!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Judy.....sorry you are having so much snow again. No thanks....don't send it to me!! Almost 50 degrees again today. Most of the snow has melted!!! I know we will get more as it is still January. I just like to pretend it is spring!! I have had my windows open all day!!
What is with your snow plow company? Tell them to do it right the first time!!That chick that knocked the snow over would have been the one to clean it up. Does anyone around there besides you and Rick have any respect for anything around there? What a group!!!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
I am so over tired. I am going to bed earlier. I can't take anymore medication for at least 45 minutes.
I hope the idiot tenant who doesn't pay rent will be gone soon. One more....how many more need out of there besides the wicked witch? Life on the Funny Farm!!!!
