I didn't sleep at all! Why I don't know! So the keurig is calling my name at 0622am Carla Carla!!!!!

Anyway I am going for a massage at 11am! I need it!

Good Morning Carla and OFF,

I was up and out the door early.  Colleen's volunteer schedule at the kids' school changed to the morning for both classes.  So, Frank and I played, and watched Little Einsteins, and argued over whether or not he would let me change his diaper and dress him.  He gave in when I wouldn't let him watch Little Einsteins till I dressed him.  

I have dishes and more organizing in my bedroom. 

Must scoot.

Carla.....that massage sounds wonderful!!!! I am sure you will feel better after that is done. 

I was worrying about Vickie last night and again this morning. It sounds like she is really struggling. I have been praying she can find some comfort and peace. I wish I was there to hug her and hold her tight. She has a tough road ahead of her. I am still praying every day that Butch starts feeling better soon. I love you Vickie and I am always available for you!!   

As for me.....I HATE that picture that my granddaughter posted of herself and me. I was in so much pain I could hardly sit. Pain was 10+, I couldn't even take deep breathes. I was in pajamas with no bra, no make, no shower, I had bed head and I never wear my glasses!!! I did not know she was posting it. She said it was just for her!!! I am not a happy camper!! I couldn't of looked worse if I tried!! 

I am not doing anything today. Tony came over. I had him stay while I took a shower. I am feeling so shaky today and didn't want to chance it alone. He was going to take me for a ride and lunch....I just can't do it today!! Maybe another day this week!

Prayers for our precious OFF Family and their families too.

Connie, I love you!  Yeah, I had bad few days.  But I'm doing better today.  I have a feeling this road is going to have a lot more ups and downs.  Hopefully the up days will outnumber the down days.  

I'm sorry you were having a bad day of your own.  Pain levels that high are no damn good.  I hope you start feeling better today.

Sweet Vickie.....I am okay...just had to break down and take a Vicodin....I only take them when I am really bad. I just need to recover from my weekend!! It will take a few days.

I had a wonderful chat with a special friend. Now my day is so much brighter!!

I am so glad you are feeling better today. You are right...many ups and downs....I wish I was there to help you through!! You are so special to me!! Someday we will get together!!!

I'm sorry you are so tired and sore.  I hope your time with your family was good.  I love spending time with my Munchkins.  I am missing my boys this week.  Christopher's birthday is Saturday.  The day after I got home from the hospital with him, there was a huge blizzard (1978) that stranded cars on the Interstate, killed about 100 people, and shut down Massachusetts, where we lived, for a week.  The governor declared a state of emergency, and it was illegal to be on the roads for the entire week.  Fortunately, my husband had made a huge grocery trip the day the snow started.  We lived on the third floor, and the snow was to the roof of our car.  I haven't seen him since September, except to Facetime on Thanksgiving and Christmas.  

I started reminiscing today, because they're expecting a blizzard in New York tonight, into tomorrow, and that's where he lives now.

Hi Carla and my OFF family:

A massage ... aaahhh ... sounds wonderful. 

I slept really well ... other than waking up at about 6 a.m. to go the bathroom and realizing I forgot my biteguard. So I put that in and went back to sleep. Slept again til about 10:30. 

It's dreary and cold here, 32 degrees. Just shivered when I went outside to get the paper. Damn carrier can't get it near the door. Yesterday, the Sunday paper was in the window well without a plastic bag on it (and it was pouring rain) so it was sopping wet. Fortunately, I got a replacement. Today, it was on the sidewalk a ways past my door. And the kid had the gall to knock on my door at Christmas time to give me a card and more or less ask for a tip. Since I've had to call in so often for missed or wet papers, I didn't think he deserved one.

Anyway, today's my Friday, plus the last day of work before vacation. So looking forward to getting to Chicago and seeing mom and my brother. I'm stopping on the way to visit with a former college roommate. Maybe I'll see a few other friends while I'm up there.

Connie, I'm so sorry you are not feeling well. Please rest up today. I hope your doctor will find something to help you. 

Vickie, I hope you and Butch will find something special to do while he feels a little better. Even go for a drive or lunch or something. 

Trish, you have all the energy for all of us.

I hope your trip to Chicago goes well. Have a good time with your family and your old roommate too.

I am feeling sick now because the pain is so bad. I can't take another Vicodin for 2 hours. Tony is still here. Time to get him out the door. I need him out of here when this TV show is over. I want to lay down for awhile.

Hello again sistas,

So.  We have good days and bad days.  I was really hoping this would be a good day.  I wanted to get out of the house for awhile, but that's not going to happen today.  He simply doesn't feel well enough for us to go anywhere.  I need to run a few errands, but they can all wait another day.  I don't like to leave him here alone.

I guess I'll play genealogy a while on the computer this afternoon instead.  I renewed my subscription to Ancestry.com.  Might as well use it.
