Hello again sistas!
Wow, have I had a fun day! Spent this morning making treats and candies. Spent this afternoon out on the deck potting flowers. Now it's time for some hot homemade soup and crochet. Now THIS is more like it! Glad to be getting back to normal again today.

I love the meme. If my kids and Munchkins lived in warmer climes, I would too. I hated the twelve hours drive from Pa to here. I have no clue how long it takes Carla to get to Chicago. I wish I lived where it's warm. My arthritis hates it here. Not to mention that even the Philly area is warmer than here, even in Winter. Sometimes 10, or more degrees warmer. I lived in Monterey, California for a year. It has the perfect climate. Not too hot, and never cold.

Evening OFF family...well today was the tenant Christmas Party and we had a great time!!! I got everything set up by MYSELF as the ones that said they would help never showed up!!!!!! Even planned this party today because HE was on vacation from work for the Holiday!!! And HE never even came to the party at all!!!!!!!!! Guess who will not be doing another party on HIS time again?? You guessed it!!!!!! Anyhow we had tons of good food and deserts and then I had given out tickets to everyone that came for the gifts from Santa!! I pulled out tickets and gave out gifts. Everyone got a gift...those that waited til the last minute to let me know they were coming or those that were not a tenant and came along with the tenant got a cheap gift. Everyone was HAPPY. Well one was NOT happy...I gave Pat a nice gift that I THOUGHT he would like and it was one of the more expensive ones and he *****ed about it and GAVE IT AWAY right in front of me too!!!!!!! Later on he mentioned it to Chase that he thinks I was upset about the gift...well DUH!!!!!!!!!! He could have given the gift away later on...not in front of me nor *****ed about it in front of me either!!!!!!!!!! GEZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ How did I know he didn't like Ohio State?????? I will know next time won't I???????? Jerk!!!!!!! Guess he can have a cheap box of candy next time...LOL Anyhow One of the tenants got up and made a nice speech about how she was still new here and didn't have time to "hate Judy yet" OMG people roared over that one!!!!!!!!!!! She also said ALOT of very nice things about me and Rick and Chase. Everyone clapped long and hard over all she said. I thanked everyone and said how much I loved working here and how they were my family away from home...again they clapped long and hard....then they handed me and envelope that had a card and some money in it that was collected from a couple tenants for us. We also received several gifts from tenants and a ton of baked goods also. So all in all it was a very good day!!!! I am bushed and still need to do the dam laundry so we have clean clothes to take....sighs.....and ofcourse tenants are doing THEIR clothes right now so its wait til I lock up to do ours!!!!!!!! LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
So that was my day other than going to the Chiro dr to get my back cracked...AHHHHHHH
So if I do not get back on here again I want to wish you ALL a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Judy...except for Pat the party was a hit!! What an inconsiderate JERK!! You would have thought he paid for it or something!! I am so relieved it went well!! It was very sweet of that newer lady to say such nice things....made the other ones think...I especially liked the "I hadn't had time to hate Judy yet"!!!! She sounds like a fun lady!!
Laundry....that is what I am doing too. I only have a small load of odds and ends. It is already in the dryer. I hope you can sneak yours in soon!!
I bet that cracked back felt good....that will make it easier for you on the road trip.
