Connie every month it IS in the newsletters NOT to bother us unless it IS an emergency!!!!!! They don't care!!!!!! We do NOT answer the dam phone...but then this one comes BANGING on the door....GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR Rick goes off on him every time...but he is SLOW so it never sinks in........sighs.....we need a vacation....is it CHRISTMAS YET???????
Have you tried eating an apple before bed? that also helps the legs...did you try the tonic water with quinine?

Well lets see it is now going on 5pm and so far we have had a few calls...NOT emergency...one was "JUDY!!!!!! there is a Fing feral cat out here driving my dog nuts!!! Its right on my patio and won't go away!!! I can't call the humane society today its closed!!! Now its going over to Marys...you have to do something!!!!!" Another one KNOCK on the door...Rick someone left this bag of ice on one of the benches...umm did you ever stop to think maybe they were taking their groceries in??????? No. OMG!!!!!!!!!! He left it with Rick...he has no idea WHICH bench this tenant found this bag of ice on!!!!!! I told Rick to leave it outside its cold enough not to melt......Another call...Hello...Hello....I am over by your office and would like some info on an apartment...........it is POSTED my office hours!!!!!!!!!!!!! I might start drinking tonight.....
Ignore them....tell them to leave messages on the office phone...you can check those now and then....no one is allowed to call your home phone or bang on your door for stupid crap like ICE. They have to know you and Rick are serious. If it isn't an emergency they get written up...3 write ups they are gone! Don't give in to them. That is why they don't take the rules seriously. They have to know you are very serous!!
