Day Fourteen: Today I am thankful for . . .

Today is an extra special day of gratitude for me.  Today is my husband's birthday!  He's the love of my life and the wind beneath my wings. He's been a wonderful husband and father.  I cannot thank God enough for His blessings in my life and in my marriage.

Today I am thankful for this beautiful day!! The sun is shining so brightly and reflects off the snow. I love just sitting near a window relaxing and saying my prayers and doing my readings.

Vickie....God has blessed you both. Many of us have never found a love like that.

Today I am Thankful that I FINALLY have one new tenant moved in!!!!!! WOOHOOOO!!!!!! Took all day to get the lease but it finally got done!!!!!!! (I hate the new way of doing things)

Sorry this is late. I was so busy yesterday i barely got online. That said, yesterday i was so very thankful to be able to donate about 10 business blouses and shirts, 5 suit jackets with matching skirts, 3 skirts, four sweaters and 2 sweater jackets to and organization Dress for Success that supports women entering or re - entering the workforce with all kinds of supoort including counseling.  I said a prayer that every person *****ceive any of my clothing would be blessed by it. All but the sweaters i designed and made. Everytime i tbought of someone wearing any item all i could do was smile because most joys in life are shadowed by the joy ofvgiving.

Bless you Francine!  I did the same thing when I quit working for good.  I donated all of my work clothes to a local organization that helps women get off Welfare and back to work.  Much better than just giving them to the Goodwill (imho).  

All I wear now are "Mimi" clothes, anyway!  LOL!
