Sunday Blessings

Good Morning Family,

I'm up, getting ready for church.  I slept like a log last night.  I could still sleep a little, but am not as tired as I usually am in the morning.  My right hand still aches, so when I get done year, I'm going to get dressed, and put my hand splints on.  Can't dress with them on.  

After church, I'm going to drop by Colleen's to give her the leftover cake I made from yesterday.  I know I shouldn't have any, and I haven't.  Then, I'm going to get home here, and see what housework I can get done.  If it were warmer, I'd be raking leaves.  It's supposed to warm up sometime this week.  Well, warm for here.  If the sun would come out, it'd be nicer.

Morning Trish and OFF family yet to come in...

Well last night I went to bingo...had plenty of chances and ended up winning the jackpot...BUT I had to split it...ended up with $26!!!!!!! LOL!!! Oh well got back what I spent!!! LOL Money for next week!!!

Locked up last night...fund things missing in clubhouse that were taken out of my office closet that was stored for other holidays etc...WTH???? don't they KNOW these are not on the FREE table???????? They were not even NEAR that table but put with what came out of my office!!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!! Also missing is a frame with mirrors that looks like a window. I was going to put that up in my office when that got painted over the short dresser type drawer when it got moved where the file cabinet used to be. Well forget that now! And YES I did put a note up this morning for whoever took things to BRING THEM BACK!!!!!! Like that will happen!!! I am so sick of these tenants and nurse aids right now I could scream bloody murder!!!!!! You should see the laundry room again!!! Full of dryer sheets on the floor and lint. There IS a trash can in there for them!!!! Washing machines full of spilled soap. WTH?????? Makes me wonder if those aids leave their homes looking like that???? I swear!!!!!! Trust me at the Halloween party I WILL SOUND OFF BIG TIME ABOUT ALL THIS!!!!!!!!!!!

Connie sorry that you had to go shopping so long again....maybe next time Pam can just take your list?

Eileen don't you have a cart on wheels to pull along for your laundry? That would help you so much more!

Trish haven't you tried what I mentioned before about filling up the sink with ho****er and using a sponge and squeezing it with your sore hand til the water is no longer hot? Works so much better than anything else!!!

Vic hope you are not upset with us for saying to dream instead of buying right now....prayers continue for Butch and you!!!! Love you so much!!!

Hi Judy,

Well, looks like you have some kleptomaniacs living, or working, there.  I'd be upset too.  Might need to get a padlock on that closet.  It's a shame.  As for the laundry room, I'm not surprised it's left in a mess.  When I lived where there was a shared laundry room, it was like that.  At the laundromat I used to go to more often, it's rare there are dryer sheets, or soap spilled, left for someone else to clean up.  I'm grateul that I only have to go there every few months now that I have my own washer and dryer.  I only have two thick comforters for which I need the large washers and dryers.

Hang in there.  When I was working in Philly, I found that if I hated my students, or principals, praying FOR them helped me not be so upset with their behavior.  They became tolerable, and some I even came to love, as silly, or annoying, I thought they were. It was hard at first, coz I really wanted to pray that God would do something mean, or annoying, to them.  And I actually sometimes did.  But, eventually, I began to pray that He would bless them with good health, and loving people in their lives.  Sometimes, I had to pray that God would help me care about them, and not hate them.  Those were probably the hardest prayers I ever said.

You're a terrific person to do the work you do there.

Trish things are torn apart ALL through the clubhouse and that's impossible right now to lock anything up!!!!!!!! Only my office!!!!!! Hopefully the note I left works!!! And if it doesn't...I hope it rips their wall a huge hole as it is heavy!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

Yes I pray to be nice to these idiots ALL the time...I really care for MOST of them honest I do!!! I really love my job but right now...a lot of upheaval...glad I have OFF to let off steam!!! LOL

Hi Judy....I am so sorry people are stealing your things. I would lock the clubhouse until things are returned!! Tell them there will not be a Halloween party this year! The lost items will be paid for with the Halloween party funds. You can't trust those people around there. Good luck!! 

I am glad you won at Bingo...too bad you had to split it. At least you have money for next time!! 

Yes, I was worn out after the shopping. I really needed to get to the bank and she was my driver. I also need my Boost, I can't carry that on the bus. I ordered 3 cases, that is 12 six packs!!! I drink one bottle a day, it doesn't last long. She said Target would be a quick stop.....quick for her not for me. I can't complain she is so good to me. I just tire so fast. I do use motorized carts when I shop.

Connie I can't lock the clubhouse...they have to get their mail and do laundry in this one...GRRRRRRRR trust me if I could I WOULD!!!!!! When tomorrow gets here I will NOT be a happy manager that's for sure!!!!!!

How about letting Pam go in and do your shopping and you wait in the car for her?? She just plain takes too LONG for you!!!

Judy....I have sat in the car....I still sit for a long time. My ribs can't handle sitting. This trip was short for her. Usually it is 6-7 hours!! I gave her a list, that doesn't work either. I have tried that.

WOW Connie...and still she takes that long with you??? Have you talked to her about taking so long when you hurt like that?? She should be more considerate for you!!!

Judy....she is a chronic shopaholic....she gets in stores and just can't stop. She loves to look at all the clearances items all over the stores. This is an obsession of hers....she doesn't get help for it so it never goes away. Remember she is a hoarder. 

I just talked to her about shopping. I don't see that things will change. She just can't!!! I only ask her when I absolutely can't get on the bus or go with someone else.

I have other people I can ask....it will work out.
