8 YEARS AGO TODAY!!!
OMG its been 8 years already today that I had my WLS!!!!!! I weighed in at 334 pounds that long ago morning and my lowest weight has been down to 170 pounds!!! Total weight loss 164 pounds!!! BUT...I am ashamed to say this I have gained back some...trying my best to get it off again...it is harder this time since but if I put my heart into it I can do it!!! Just not as fast as it was 8 years ago!!! LOL So many of you have been here since I first started out here yet many of you are here after. I thank each and every one of you for being here on my journey my ups and downs and my everyday life happenings! What would I do without you all? I have come to love you all like family!!! Some I have met in person and some would love to met yet! You are my support no matter what!!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!!

Eight years is awesome. 
I just celebrated my 8 year surgiversary at the end of August. I got down to 199, but regained some during my alcohol relapse. I also developed the physical disabilities around then, which has cut into my ability to exercise like I had been doing prior to my relapse. Still, I've only been at a plateau, not packing it all back on like before the surgery.
Keep up the good work. We can do this.

Congrats Judy ... I remember we first met at the Bob Evans in DeWitt along with Joyce Stewart ... or maybe there was another "first" time ... we have met for meals many other times, too. And then, of course, I did make chili for your ex while you were in the hospital. I also seem to remember going out once in Grand Rapids with Nan, too.
