Connie I agree with you!! WHY can't they send somebody here to SHOW me how to do what I need to LEARN and get it over with?????? NOOOOOOOOOOO they call me and go in my pc and send the arrow all over the place and I am supposed to take notes and try to follow each step???????? Yeah right!!!!!! then they tell me do this do that and then call me when you are done and we will continue on...then nobody answers my call or calls me back!!!!!!!! WTF????? YES I AM MAD AS HELL AND LOSING MY MIND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As for that missing daughter she is in her late 50's early 60's...funny I have not seen anything on the news about her missing...strange!!!!! But thanks for the Prayers for them!!! Will let you know if I hear anything!!
