Happy Tuesday sistas!
Sorry I'm late. I got a cortisone shot this afternoon. Actually two, one in my hip and one in my right thumb. The hip was for my bursitis, and the thumb because it's been excruciating since I whacked that exact spot, where myy arthritis is worst, on the corner of my solid wood bedframe. When I got home, I felt like I'd run a marathon, and then lost an MMA fight. The exhaustion was horrific, and I had a good night's sleep last night. I'm still sore, and expect to stay that way for a few days.
I'll read all the posts later.
