Hi, it's Tuesday
Hi my OFF family:
It's afternoon already and no one has posted, so I guess I'll get us started. It's my weekend. I'm pretty drained. Last night was a bear. We had multiple problems with our obit person (not something I was dealing with, but still ...) and I had four late stories for two papers, so I was extremely busy. Then one story that was supposed to jump was too short and didn't jump, so I had to find something else to put in that spot at the last minute. Needless to say ... a bit stressed. Then I got up way too early today. Been up since 8 a.m. Took a nap at 11 because I was so tired.
I have two appointments today ... one with my psychologist and then with my chiropractor. Then nothing else. I plan to veg after that. Maybe some laundry and watch baseball tonight. I was happy the Bears won last night even though I didn't get to watch it.
Well, that's all that's happening with me. How about you?
Hello Carla....I am really getting worried about you. What is the Dr. saying about all this? I am sorry the nausea is back again. I hope they can get that regulated soon.
I know it isn't fun to be in the hospital, but please stay as long as you can so they figure this out.

Hi, Eileen. Sorry your night at work was so stressful. At least you have your weekend to rest and relax. Well, other than your dr. appts. Hope those go well. How is your pain today?
I had a dr. appt. early this morning. Ran some errands on the way home. Now, we're just chilling.
It's rainy here today. Supposed to have rain or rain showers for the next week. That is a good thing. It's been pretty dry so we can use the moisture.
I'm feeling tired too. I know that if I were to lay down, I'd fall asleep -- but that would mess with my nighttime rest. So, I'll just yawn and try to wake up now.
I hope everyone is having a good day today.

My pain level wasn't too bad ... mostly just tired. My first appointment was just sitting and talking (to my psychologist). The next one was my chiro. I really appreciate these two women. But generally after I get adjusted, I feel rather tired anyway. So I came home, ate and took a nap. I just couldn't keep my eyes open.

Eileen....I am glad you have a day off. Sorry you didn't sleep very well. It sounds like last night at worked was a mess. That is a lot of late stories. Why do they have such trouble getting things to you on time? You have to meet a deadline don't they??
I hope your appointments went well today. I wish I could see a chiroprator!! Enjoy the game tonight.
As for me....nothing new...can I run away?? I will check in again later. I hope things are going well for Butch and Vickie.

Connie, only two of the stories were local, the rest were off the wire (national). Nothing you can do about them; sports stories come in when the games get done. The Bears game and the Cardinals game stories actually came in at a decent time.Trouble was, I had to use them in both papers in different places, so I had to adjust them. The one local game got started late, so it wound up getting in later than expected, so that fouled things up. The other local story was supposed to be 8 inches long; wound up at 15 inches, so that screwed me up.
So I was busy. I'm paying for it today. Got back from appointments and after eating, I took an hour nap.
Evening OFF family...not much happening here...went shopping for what I needed for Chicken Noodle soup for Bingo Friday. Got back and one tenant asked me if I was making noodles from scratch...HELL NO!!!!!!!!!!! Lucky I am making them lunch!!!!! GEZZZZZZZZZ
Anyhow found an application in my drop box need to run that tomorrow see if she passes background check to move in here. If she does this side is full except one. Great!!!! Makes me happy!!! Had a couple guys stop in yesterday and asked for a 2 bedroom...OMG DID THEY EVER STINK!!!!!!!!!!!!! I about puked!!!!!!!!!! Told them I did not have a 2 BR only 1BR. They talked it over and said they would take it. I told them $35 EACH for back ground check. They said see you bye...can't afford that. YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thankyou GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They left I sprayed the office and club house with Lysol!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG they smelled so bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Couldn't sleep last night...can't believe I was up watching HAIRSPRAY!!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!!! Tossed and turned after that and finally fell asleep and then the alarm went off...GRRRRRRRRRRR
Well that's about it for my news today...exciting huh??
