SUNDAY WHAT'S UP????????
Hi Judy and OFF Family,
Well, I'm finally settled in the house for the evening. Rainy and chilly, crazy day. Went down to 54 degrees, with cold, heavy rain.
I got a double blessing at church today. When I got there, a couple was standing outside the nurseries, volunteering to work in Toddlers. Then, another woman went into Infants. I got to sit in the service, for most of it. Then, people were there for the Sunday School hour, and I got to know two women, willing to help. One regularly, and one when they aren't in Florida. They are snowbirds, with a house in Florida.
After church, I came home, and put on my Eagles jersey. Then, I drove into East Lansing, and found the Buffalo Wild Wings, right off Michigan State's campus. I'd never been there before. I was in football heaven. I had a great time there. When I got there, one of the hostesses was wearing an Eagles jersey. Then, I sat at the bar next to a two young men, one of them from Philadelphia. Both of these guys were so friendly, and welcoming. If my sinus headache hadn't returned in the second half, I would have stayed for the entire game. Fortunately, I was able to see the end on a cable channel called NFL Red Zone, which shows all the good play from all the games that are on. They won. They're 3-0 so far this season.
After the game, I scooted to the IGA, came back, and then got on here.
My house is the worst it's been since I've lived here. I hope to get working on it tomorrow.
Hugs,
Trish
