Good Thursday Morning
I know, Eileen. I like meat and cheese, too. But I do try to listen to my doctor and incorporate as much of his advice as possible. And I like fruits and veggies tremendously. I just don't see why it has to be one or the other, you know? I will always eat some meat. But I am trying to follow his recommendations about a more plant based diet.
Not trying to advocate one way or the other. Just throwing the information out there.

Yeah, understand ... I like some fruits and veggies, but not others. Don't think I could follow that myself. I was diagnosed early after surgery as iron deficient. I don't have a lot of red meat anyway, but I try to have some with every meal. I did try tofu turkey once and discovered I didn't like it at all.
I'm open to a lot of things.
Migraine went away ... I slept a lot yesterday. Feel so much better today. Sorry to sound so crabby.
9/11 Anniversary...it happened 13 years ago, hard to believe so many years ago. I remember those horrific tv images still vivid in my mind., the closed airports, so many affected in so many ways, so many early responders and rescue people, firemen and police men and women have died since of lung cancer. It was the terrorist attack that still keeps on giving so much evil.
Hi Jennifer....I have felt the aftermath of 911 every year. It still saddens me when I see pics of the towers. It was such a tragedy. I don't think we could ever forget!

I am here and everything is OK!!!!!!!! GOD listened once again to our prayers!!! Storms went around us again and all we got was some light rain and some wind. Thankyou all who prayed for us to be safe!!!
I posted last night on needing some help...my NORTON is NOT on FB anymore...I have no idea what happened to that!!! I have it everyplace else!!!! I have been trying to get it back with no luck...any help will be appreciated!!!

Hi Judy....I am so glad you have posted. Praise the Lord for answered prayers!! I know I worry too much sometimes. If I didn't then it would mean I didn't care. You know how much I care!! 
I hope you can get Norton back on your Facebook!! You definitely need it there!!!!
