Sorry I haven't posted much lately. Been busy and just so really tired. I can only say it must be the release of all the stress hormones ... now that Richard's mess is done, all the stress hormones are gone and I have no more adrenaline left. I'm sapped. I have no energy. Sunday, I got up at 9:30 a.m. , had coffee and breakfast, called Mom and took a nap at 11:30. And then I was dragging all day at work.
I had a couple of appointments today, then stopped by the grocery store hoping to get a rotisserie chicken. Well, it's dinner time and you'd think they'd have a whole bunch. They had three, and they were all lemon pepper (which I don't like). I stopped by a little later when I was done with the rest of my shopping and asked if they had anymore and they said no. I found out later someone didn't come in, so the person in the deli was all alone, didn't have time to make them. But still ... not good. Wound up making a frozen dinner with my leftover salad from Monday. Not really what I wanted.
I'm still so tired ... I could barely move when I got home. I'm just dragging. Got laundry going so I don't have to do that tomorrow because I have another appointment tomorrow. Just sitting here now with a glass of blueberry wine and watching the White Sox game. Wanted to check in with my sistahs.
Went to see my psychologist and my chiro ... chiro said I was so tight she could hardly adjust me. I go to the pain doc tomorrow. I don't think the last shot helped me at all. I have been in so much pain lately. And so tired. I really just need a mental health day, but there's no way I can take a day off ... we're too shorthanded.
Well, anyway, that's all that's going on with me. Sorry to ramble on so much. Carla, enjoy the colonoscopy ... they do give you good drugs.
Hello Eileen.....I too am just totally fatigued. It has to be the Fibro and the weather changes for me. I can hardly keep my head up the last couple days. I feel ill I am so tired. I think I could sleep around the clock!!! In fact on Saturday I did just that. It didn't help. I hope you can get feeling better soon. Are you in a lot of pain? I can hardly walk today. All that I went through at that miserable pain clinic is a waste. It is all wearing off. I will never put myself through that many procedures in that amount of time again! 18 procedures in less then three months.
I will be praying for you!!! Hope it helps!! So sorry your Chiro couldn't help you. I know you really needed to get those muscles loosened up.
I hate when I am hungry for something and I can't get it. Nothing else works. I eat it but don't enjoy it! I am sure that is how you were feeling too.
I hope you can get a day off just for you again soon. I do believe you really need it!! You have been going through so much!!
