Happy Friday everyone....what's new with you??
Good Afternoon Connie, Vickie, and Eileen,
I scooted out this morning to finish cutting the grass in the backyard, and then do the front. The front was okay, but it'd been since last weekend when Trent and Izzy did it. After that I took a shower, and called Colleen. I had accidentally purchased a 12 pack of regular Squirt soda, instead of diet. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it till I'd already opened the case. So, I offered it to Colleen. I'm going over tonight to watch the kids, so she and Trent can go to a Sunday School teachers dinner. Colleen had told the director of Sunday School she couldn't bring Trent, because he needed to watch the kids. So, Jan, the director, said, "Have Grandma watch them." We laughed. I'm going to be working diligently on the baby blanket. I have eight more big rows left.
Connie, I had a great afternoon yesterday. When I went to Colleen's to get the kids, a friend from church was there. We visited for a while, and then Colleen decided that Frankie needed a nap. So, since it was the big kids, we went to an indoor bounce house. Frankie's too little to do most of the obstacles, and he's not keen on those things anyway. They had a great time. Then, I spent last nigh****ching the Eagles' preseason game, and crocheting.
Connie, I hope you feel better.
Vickie, I'm so glad Butch is doing so well. I continue to pray.
Eileen, I pray for Richard as well. I hope he gets all the help he needs, medically and psychologically.
I'm praying for all our other dear friends here as well.
Love you all,
Trish

Hi Trish.....I am glad you finally got your lawn mowed! I know you have been wanting to get that done.
It was nice that you could watch the kids while Colleen and Trent went to the Sunday School teachers dinner.
Still working on that blanket. It sounds like you have come pretty far already. I look forward to seeing it when you have it finished.
So glad you and your grandchildren had so much fun together yesterday.
Love you....HUGS.....connie d
