Hi Eileen.....I hope Richards family steps in and helps him. You can only do so much. It was very nice of you to take his things to him. He had a lot of recovering to do!! I will continue to keep him and you in my prayers! 

You made enough meatballs to last a few days...WOW! They do keep good. Let me know how you like it. I love peppers in everything!! What kind of pasta sauce did you use? Enjoy the wine!! 

You did have a busy day...laundry too....that is great!

I used a jar of Prego Chunky Garden Sauce, a jar of Prego Italian Sausage and Garlic and a jar of Barilla Four Cheese sauce ... then I added in the peppers, some canned mushrooms and a can of tomato paste because it was looking a little runny. Plus I threw in some garlic powder, oregano and basil. It smells really good in here. 

I know Richard's family will do something, although I don't think they're coming up here ... they're all in Georgia. Plus his kids are in Florida (adult kids). And he's divorced.
