I'm back.

Busy morning, as usual.  I have church, and may even get to sit in the service.  After that, more crocheting.  Watched the Phillies game last night.  It was close, after the bullpen gave up a bunch of runs, and then the game by one run.  Will watch some again tonight.  Though, there is a church family meeting tonight at 6:00.  Have to think of a snack for that.  Also, must cut the grass out back.  Trent, and Izzy, did the front yard yesterday.

Good morning Trish and everyone.....

Trish....I hope you got to sit in on the service today. How much more do you have to do on that baby blanket? You have been working on it every day lately. I am sure you will have it do on time.  

It is rainy here today. I am not complaining as we really need it. It must be better there if you are planning on mowing. It was nice of Trent and Izzy to do the front lawn for you yesterday.

As for me....I am doing okay. We usually have a breakfast for our lunch on Sunday's. I messed up and had a couple small blueberry pancakes with fruit and sausage links. I will never eat pancakes again. I hadn't tried them in so long, and blueberry sounded so good. I don't know if it was them or the syrup they put on them, but I barely had them down and I went and got sick. Now I feel crappy. Time to lay down for a while. I will check back in later.

Prayers for all our OFF Family. Special prayers especially for Butch and Vickie. I am glad that Butch is in the hospital. I hope they can get his strength back up and also make sure he is good and hydrated before he can go home. I love you Vickie!!!!!

Morning Trish and OFF family yet to stop in...

Well yesterday I caught one of the tenants washing his car!!!!!!! OMG!!!!! He KNOWS he isn't supposed to do that here!!! It is right in the rules and regulations when you move in here!!! He mentioned right after we got back from vacation he would like to wash his car here and Rick told him NO!!! Even WE can't wash our cars here and we are the managers!!! So yesterday I am walking Bandit and see him washing his car!!! I asked him what he thought he was doing and he said a bird pooped on his car and was washing it. I said NO NO NO!!! You can not wash your car!!! Get a paper towel and use that!!! He said sorry. I continued on my way around the complex...got to my side and looked back over to his side and saw he was STILL WASHING HIS CAR!!!!!!!! I told Rick he was washing his car and Rick said he told him long time ago NO!!!!!!! I told him what I just said to him yet he is still washing it!!! Rick said he could take the hose off. I said YES DO IT!!!!!! So Rick went over there and took the hose away. He told the guy now you ruined the hose use for the rest of your building!!! You were told NOT to wash your car yet you did it anyway!!! So tomorrow I am having a letter from corporate sent out to him. I am done playing HIS games!!!!! He got a flat screen TV a year or so ago and MOUNTED it to his WALL!!!!!! He was told NOT to do that also!!! He does NOT care!!!!! I am fed up with this guy!!! He complains about every little thing yet HE breaks the rules!!!!!!!!

Making Beef Roast for supper tonight. Wanted to make it when it was cooler but noooooo Rick said that is a Sunday meal...sighs.....oh well...today it is!! LOL Guess the AC gets turned back on again!!! Its supposed to heat p again and also more rain/storms all this week. Yippeee!!!! NOT!!!!

Well Bandit is giving me the "look" guess its potty walking time again....lol.

Didn't make it to Meijers yesterday. Looked at the ad that starts today and saw they have shoes on sale. Camo colored ones for men. Rick wants to see them...He is so into camo its crazy!!! LOL But it keeps him happy.

 Thoughts and Prayers for ALL that need them!!! Special ones for Butch and Vicki!!! Hope he is doing better today!!!

Hi Judy....I sent you another email....check it when you have time. 

I am glad you are having that guy written up....he definitely needs to be written up for the TV too. If there is damage he will have to pay for it. Some people are just plan STUPID....he is one of those...we know you can't fix stupid!!! You really have the cream of the crop don't you!!! 

I hope you have a much better day today!! Enjoy your roast beef dinner. That is what we had here yesterday. It was so yummy!! I rarely ever eat red meat but I did and I am glad I did. I ate part at lunch and the rest for dinner last night.

hello sweet sistas,

We are still in the hospital. My poor darling had a very bad night last night. I should have stayed with him but I thought he was doing okay when I left. He had had his supper and a shower and seemed ready to go to sleep when I left. But his shoulder started hurting him during the night and they gave him Norco for the pain. It made him crazy. He got up and got confused where he was and pulled out his I V (again! ) and just had a lousy pain-filled night. I should have stayed. 

Anyway his kidneys are functioning normally again, praise God. But his blood pressure is still fluctuating and his pain levels are back up again, so he's not going home today. I am so ready for him to feel well again! I'm tired of watching him hurt!

I am doing okay. This hospital is brand new and so clean!  There are still tags on all the furniture in the rooms. I have both a recliner and a couch. I have my phone, my nook and my crochet to keep me occupied. Chris is coming up this evening for a visit. I am just fine Connie!   Except there are no candy bars or chocolate to be found in this entire hospital!  Really. They only have snacks like baked chips and unsalted peanuts and nutrigrain bars.  This place is too healthy for me!  LOL!

Vicki...When he can go home have you asked if you can have a visiting nurse come to the house to help you with him? You are so worn out taking care of him. I am sure they would let you have one a few times a week!! Even if it is to help with a bath!!! Please ask ok? We are all worried about you and Butch...this cancer and chemo is hard to deal with. He is weak from not eating and drinking right. Hopefully when he gets home he WILL eat and drink his fluids right so he doesn't end up back in hospital again.

Lots of Prayers for him to get better you know that already...many people praying for him that you do no even know. They care...we all do!!! Please take my advise and ask for a visiting nurse to help you out at home. (((Vic)))

Lucky you no bad foods there...baked chips are not bad to eat...just DRY as hell!!! LOL

Hang in there Vic...better days are coming...I know I sound like a broken record huh?

Thanks, Judy!  I came home to feed Patty Kate, but am headed back up to the hospital to spend the night.  I just don't feel right leaving Butch up there alone tonight.  I think he needs me there.  I can sleep on the couch. 

I did talk to the case manager today and she is checking on several things for me: a wheelchair, a walker with a seat, and home health care.  So don't worry.  I will get some help. And yes, I'm exhausted, but I keep thinking that if I feel exhausted by all of this and I'm not sick, what must Butch feel?  Poor darling.  He would do it for me.  I will do it for him.  That's just what marriage is.

I don't care if you sound like a broken record.  I need to hear it every day.  Things are going to get better.  Things are going to get better.  Things are going . . . !

Hello our sweet Vickie!!!

I am so sorry Butch had such a bad night. I pray tonight is better. I know you want to stay and help Butch. I can't blame you. If I had a nice hubby like that I would do the same! I am glad you are doing okay. 

I am glad you spoke with someone about a wheelchair, walker and such. Now they need to tell him to use it! I have to use my walker too. Mine has a seat and it is red and black ...and believe me there  are times I use it!! I still use my cane for short walks. At first I was embarrassed to use my walker....not anymore!! 

You know how much I love you and care about you both!!
